I am tired of this fax machine calling my house!  This has been going on for 5 years!!!!  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!  Ding Dongs of America!  How can we shut this company down???

i called the 800# and was told ny a young lady that she will block my number..Hope this is true!

Call is a fax spammer calling also Canadian numbers. How do we stop it?

I keep getting calls from a fax machine with number 303-293-6997. Leaves a beeping message! Annoying! Stop!

these calls come in to my home phone i don't like it. they call all hours of the day 12 midnight 3 in the early morn. and up i'm tired of it also edifax does it i don't know why they have to act or appear to be tremendously stupid. i guess cause they can or they are.

This crazy number calls my cell phone. I stops answering it, but it leaves a meassage too-fax noise.

number belongs to Westfax, if you call them at 800 473 6208, they said they will take your number out of their system

Call WESTFAX at (800) 473-6208 and tell them to stop.  Since many of the people that are getting called are on the DNC I would suggest you follow the instructions from JT above and complete a Form 1088.

By the way, it appears that they get the numbers from their clients, which means they are not checking the DNC list.  I believe since they are the people actually doing the dialing they should be held responsible.

This fax machine continues to call; unfortunately my business line can store faxes.  so it sends, I delete.  How to stop it?  I wish I could!  They ahve to know whatever their message is, NO ONE WILL EVER SEE IT - IT IS DELETED EVERYTIME!

Called us at 3am this morn. Pissing me off that they can get away with this. Can someone stop them from calling and how the heck did I get on their list?

I called the number as well. She was very nice. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.

Spammer Fax calls every day approximately 9 am to my wife's cell phone

WE GET THIS SAME PIECE OF CRAP CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY AND WE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT TO THESE PEOPLE AND STILL GET THAT PHONE CALL EVERY MORNING AT 9:00 AM LIKE CLOCK WORK! MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGINST THESE PEOPLE FOR HARASSMENT! DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS?

i got 4 call in 15min, so i call the 800 # and within 10min i got a nother call.. ithink this is bull S#$%

Pre-dawn spammer, several times per morning.  Called the Westfax no-call hotline mentioned on another thread (800-473-6208).  The nice lady who answered said my number would be added to their no-call list, although it may take a day or so to filter through their system.  The whole transaction took maybe 30 seconds - let's see if it works.

Many calls from 3:06 AM to 5:10AM 5 Calls and getting ripped about it. Been going on for months.

Fill out a FCC Form 1088.  the more people who do so the more likely it will stop.  you can also find these idiots on the web, http://www.westfax.com/.  They have an 800 number so you may want to call them.  Or, if you have a fax machine start sending them multiple pages with scribbling on it.

I got hit by this autodailing fax bot just a few minutes ago.
