Some one from a website company.  Could hardly hear him (connection was very poor) and could hardly understand him (heavy accent).  Missed most of what he was saying, just told him we weren't interested and I hung up.

They claimed to be a web designing company.  But I set up my own website through go daddy for about one tenth of the price these web design companies usually charge.
