Its a shame that they have to outsource jobs to third world countries when people are in need here in america not only that but the people who are calling are so rude i just have to complain to kaiser about this

Did not answer, who was it?

If you got a call from this number they were conducting a survey about your medical insurance. They have reason to believe that your number is associated with someone covered either by Sigma or Kaiser Permanente health insurance. Not a collection agency.

When I call the number back it identifies itself as Health Care Research. I think Steve is correct - I had cigna in the past and I currently have kaiser. Thanks Steve!

Received a call from this number today 11/17/09 , looked at my caller ID ( this is why I have it) no message left, I have been on the no call list since it came out, last month renewed it again, why arn't these annoying type of calls not complying to my no call list? they are all some type of sales, survey or not, it is all the same; since my retirement in July I have added 12 of these types of calls to my call rejection list, the more I add seems the more I get, these survey/telemarketers all need to find a REAL JOB! and quit annoying us; I do have kaiser insurance but they are not suppose to sell any information, my wife works there

If you have gone to a CIGNA Urgent care or another CIGNA office, it's their own company (they didn't sell your numbers) calling to follow up to make sure that your appointment went ok and if you have any concerns. I don't like it either and when you go in, tell them not to call you for their follow up survey. Sometimes this works.
