I received a call from 303-433-5966 telling me I had a balance that was overdue on my JC Penney credit card and they wanted me to pay it via another credit card to avoid a late fee. Luckily, I knew my correct balance and that I had just made a payment and I refused to give them any information. This would be bad if they had talked me into giving them another credit card #!!!! GE Capital was on the caller ID which would be a legit name for the JCP credit card.

I have received 5 to 6 phone calls per day from this number. When I answer the phone, there is no one there. This is harrassment and it must stop.

I got 5 calls from this number today (Saturday July 3rd), they started at 815 this morning. i finally answered one time to tell them to leave me alone and when i answered it said please hold for the next available person...i hung up. at least it needs to be a person on the other end. i dont know what they want. i had a card with them 15 years ago and its been closed for like 10....

My Caller ID says it is from Ohio...I dont know anyone in Ohio.
