recieved a "missed payment" call, foreigner claimed to be Lowes collection.  Wanted me to make the payment "today" by giving them a credit card #, or through my checking account, and offered to transfer me to their "accounting department".  No company I.D. or other information showed on my cell phone caller I.D. screen.  I did not give them any information.

Calls as early as 5 AM.  I answer, and no one is there, or after a very long pause, I get a recording to please hold.  Have received multiple calls within the same hour, or spaced out over an entire day.

This company is pain and a joke. They have been calling me for months. Every hour my phone rings and I talk to the individual on the phone. I tell them the person they are trying to collect money from does not have this telephone number anymore. I have called my attorney about this Vance person in Denver, Co. I am on the verge of pressing harrasment charges.

They are idiots.

yes get call several times a day, no one on other end,and doesnt hang up either, ties up phone for at least a minute 30 the call is coming from "credit services"
