I am having the same problem.  They call me daily.  They say they have my credit card numbers and that I have been receiving magazines. If I cancel today its going to be a charge of $250.  I've never ordered anything from them and they won't stop.  How do you get these people to stop calling?

They did the same thing to me too. He said he was going to charge my account for 70 dollars. he said he also have all my info. Since i asked him several time to take my name off his list and to cancel everything he told me he cant do that and that he going to charge my account cuz i am being rude. I'm changing my account tomorrow. I'm tired of it

Wanted to speak to the wife on my company work phone. Then had the gauld to ask for her number to speak to her only. Asked who was calling and for what purpose, the caller said ask your wife, then hung up.

I have received a call from this number that I answered on Sept 16th at 1:40 pm  she insisted I  had ordered magazines... and had been charged but needed to verify my credit card info.... 39.95 as the only way to pay now was over the phone -   for one year and then I'd be paid for 60 months of magazines... able to be switched out at anytime.

She  (A Miller) seems to have been trying to reach me for sometime with at least three other numbers..

Going through the same problem. They called me out of the blue claiming that i signed up with them and to not sign up with another magazine company. I finial went to the police to today affter she had called me last night demanding my card number. After i would not give it to her she said she was going to transffer me to a different deparment and then hunf up on my. I talked with the police today and he told me to tell them to stop calling me because they are harassing me and if they continue to call me then I will be filling a police report.  So now i am just wait for them to call me so i can get the messsage across.

They called at 9:58 PM.  Asked my wife many questions.  When they mentioned charges to our credit card, I intervened and told them they were not authorized to charge anything to any of our cards.  They said they could only speak to the "account holder," my wife.  After many exchanges of telling my wife what to say to the caller, the caller hung up, rudely.

I got the same calls at 11pm and 2 pm.  I asked them to send me an invoice, he, the "supervisor" said he would sind my invoice to a collection agency.  I said great, I had filed a complaint, reporting the number to the Colorado Attorney General.  The carrier of these two numbers is QWEST.  You can also file a complaint with them.  I would also suggest calling any magazines you do have a subscrition, and make sure your name has not been sold or used and that your account is up to date.

Theses people have called me several time...I know its a scam when the first thing they tell you is don't subscribe with anyone else.
They keep telling me that I've subscribed to several magazines and I owe them a balance. I don't receive any magazines.. I asked her which ones I was "subscribing to" she couldn't tell me. She just said she'll put a rush on the order and I will receive them in 120 days but I still owe on them.

I told her how can I owe on something that I didn't sign up for nor am I receiving. She said you obviously did. I told her I obviously didn't.

she threatened to send me to collection with double the interest. Supposedly the collection company is calling me in twenty minutes since she hung up on me.

hi i have received unwanted calls from numerous numbers, numerous times, on everyday of the week...even on sunday's.....1)303-459-4836...2)303-325-7317.....3)330-473-2620.....4)303-339-0146.....5)303-459-2415....6)303-339-0738.....and many numerous other numbers from the same area code....also some unwanted restricted numbers calling....somebody needs to do something about this....i have told them not to call me and they keep calling.....when i try to call them back it just rings and rings and rings.....

that's the same thing that has happened to me but instead of $200 they told me it was $300

I got this call at 10p. i dont know what the hell this is, but it is kinda freaking me out.

they called me and said to dont accept any magazine from other offers. they new my name and address. i told them i never registerd for some magazines and they said if i try to cancel i would have to pay a 200 penalty for cancelling. i told them transfer me to the dept where i supposedly subscribed and they hung up on me,

Called 5 times in one day. Have called me at least 50 times. Everytime I tell them to put me on thier do not call list. They don't!

Stop the calls please. I am registered on the do not call list. Thank you.

Called Repeatedly when asked not to and called after 10:00pm.  When I told them I have small kids in bed, I was told to go to bed too!  What nerve!
