Did you contact the company itself?  I just found out my grandmother has been having $33.00 debited out for I dont know how long.  They took out $60.00 this month alone.  I contacted the bank and they said there is a form we can fill out and as a last resort we may have to get a new account number.

the same thing has happened to my grandmothers account $33 to advanced document, $33 to prize document,  and $2.75 to prize document.  this is outrageous! have you had any luck?

It is a Magezine company that will solicit elderly people in winning prizes.
They are not charging the account until the account holder gives them written authorization. You need to tell your parents and loved ones that they did not win anything and they won't win anything.

Re: $33 to Advanced Document, I too am managing my mother-in-law's account and had $33 auto deducted on 3/21! I have been trying to figure it out as well.  Let me know if you have found out anything. Thanks.

My elderly Mother was charged 33$ on 03/24/08 by Advanced Documents Company, and I have not found them on the net.  This was an electronic transfer from her account, which I manage.  I (PoA) stopped payment.  I don't know how they got the information to access her account, or what their business is.  I did not find them in a search for Advanced Documents Company, but I did find a website pending development under that name.
I would like to know more than who was charged, or whose family member or mother was charged.  I would like to know what the company is, what they offer or present to someone, perhaps by phone, in order to get an agreement for payment.  If anyone knows what this company represents, please post the information.  I need that information, and not who was charged.  The phone at her house was listed with the "no telemarketing calls" list.
