*Waited for a live rep
*Got the live rep
* Gave my name and ... low and behold they have NO IDEA why I got a call because my account balance is $0...

Calling for people that do not work for the city. Trying to find adult kids of the parents that do work there.

They said from exempla health care center, I've never been at exempla hospital but primary care dr. is at exempla health care branch...so I just called there about it (the Dr's , not the collection agency that called me).  

They did have a billing issue, my insurance (Aetna) had a mixup with my active insurance number and a cancelled acct I held with Aetna years ago so they made a mistake & didn't pay a claim...they fixed it.  I called the Dr's back & they removed it from the collection agency at this number.  I may have to dispute this issue if it shows up on my credit report still...I will get dox of all this & will get it off.  

Bottom line - even if you could owe money, NEVER call back the collection agency...who called me at WORK (illegally)...if you can do something about your bill, call the origional hostpital or DR to be directed to their in-house billing...they will work with you to figure out what happened, if I had called the collection agency back I would have got "this is your resposibility, give me your credit card # or we'll..."

This is a billing company for lots of different medical providers out of Colorado.

Called my cell phone and did not identify themselves.  Looking for an employee who worked for my last place of employment but has not worked there for several months.

I called back, waited on hold for about 2 1/2 minutes.  Turned out to be a bill reminder for service 4 months ago.

Also received a call from 303-485-8928 and there was no responce when I said hello.  We have gotten this exact same call at least 4 other times in the past.  We have never been to Exempla before and no one ever seems to be on the other end.  During business hours today I may call the number back to see what happens.
