keeps calling my cell, repeatly, leaving messages.
called my house today and never answered the phone. I was listening to the caller train a new employee on how to settle a lien and money owned.
He was looking for someone in the Bronx NY which is about 250 miles from me.

"Brandon Fox" from "Summit" refused to send financial "tax matters" via POSTAL MAIL, even as far as saying, "Taxes are not done through postal mail."  Telemarketing FRAUD.  Left '877-270-2306' (and an extension) as a callback number.

i know people who have worked for this company, their BBB rating should be zero and the list of complaints would be endless if they could actually get through to complain

They often dont leave names. Have gotten into more trouble than the BBB would ever tell you. Some tax companies dont even use their real names on the contracts they send you to sign. This company is in trouble and it only exists to pay itself a nice comission on your contract. If you are going to hire a tax company check out the record of the enrolled agents and Attorneys, that will tell you more the the losers who call you or the closers who are trying to make a good commission out of you

Oh how wonderful - summit is posting here trying to cloud the facts with their little press releases. Shame on you summit. >:P

Lawerance calls my office and now has my cell number from 7:00a on.  Will not take no, asked him not to call my cell three mornings in a row and keeps calling and refers to me as "Dude".  No matter if they are legit or not they a un-professional as can be.  Not even sure what they are selling, I'm even on the "National No Call List" some good that is.

I usually dont answer numbers I dont know but took this call cause they were very persistent and I wanted to know who was dying to get ahold of me.  It turns out that they are a tax representaion company which ultimatly talked me into hiring them.  After 6 months of worrrying and thinking I got ripped off My OIC was accepted and they setlled my 150,000 dollar tax liability for 23,000.  If you have tax problems at least talk to them you might be surprised what they can do for you.

ANY TELEMARKETER THAT REFUSES TO STOP CALLING IS A SURE SIGN OF A SCAM

They have only been acredited with BBB since Jan 08- and since BBB does not accurately report complaints and resolutions against DUES PAYING MEMBERS. I doubt they have a very good record

IF they pay BBB dues ? BBB DOES NOT ACCURATELY REPORT COMPLAINTS AGAINST DUES PAYING MEMBERS.  

They don?t want to lose those fees ? so they side with the fraudulent business over the consumer.  They do not post most complaints against dues paying members.

They keep calling and he won't take no for an answer.  Keeps changing the story.  Called IRS and found out that they have no unresolved issues. Hung up on him and he called back three more times.  Don't do business with this company ever.

I actually took this companies call thinking it was just another telemarketer. After speaking with a consultant, I received a packet from them and hired them to help me with some tax matters. They have been very helpful throughout the process and I am glad I answered the call! Thanks Summit!
