I have not lived in WV in over 25 years.  I don't know how these people would have my phone number of why they would be calling me.  Calls just started last night and they've called twice this morning.  No message on any of the calls.  

When you go to a ER or hospital they take your phone number and the hospitals give it to them to collect a debt.

www.donotcall.gov is a national do not call registry that will stop a lot of telemarketers. In this case I called the 304-414-0613 and left a message on their answering machine that the next time they called me I would file a complaint with the FCC at www.fcc.gov

Received a call from this number at 0745. They did not leave a message. I called them back and got their recording that stated Vanguard Financial. I left a message stating not to call me again. If they do I will file a complaint with the FCC.

i traced it to vanguard financial in charleston ,wv to rob morgans office.i tried calling it back and it wll not go through.i know we must have a way to get our numbers on a do not call list. anyone know how ?

Same here tell u to hold then no one ever answer or u call then back busy or a recording they called my phone 7 times in 4 hr never leave a message after the 3 call I stop answering they wasting min on my phone,

I also get these calls.  They say to hold for very important business call and no one ever answers.  It is very annoying especially if they call if the baby is taking a nap and the phone wakes him up.

these anoying call r absolutely rediculious!!!  who r they and what do they want only get a recorded message tellin me to hold and then they come back sayin lines r busy...  STOP CALLIN MY CELL!!!!!!!1

This is a billing service for many WV hospitals, clinics, etc. i.e.  Pleasant Valley, St. Joseph.....
