Within the last 2 days, got calls from 304-445-5940 on our home phone, and BOTH of our cell phones.  What do we have to do to stop this harassment?!

these jokers keep calling me, i would love to find out where they are and visit them!!

It's a scam. The so-called company is Cardholder services. I called my credit card company and they said it's a scam. If you go through with it they charge 400.00 or so to your credit card. It's the second time they called. How can I report it?

I received a call from them at dinner time (so what else is new?).  The caller ID said "Cell Phone WV."  I let the machine take the call but no one left a message.

I got a call from this number earlier today while I was in the bathroom.  I heard some woman speaking for about 2 seconds like they were leaving me a message, but then there was no new messages on my answering machine.  That was strange!  I am on the DO NOT CALL list, which apparently our government does not enforce much.

missing the point? i don't have ANY credit cards and i keep getting this call so I am Not doing business with them and am also on a do not call list

It is a company trying to sell you a credit card service of some type. Tell them to pound sand and report them to the FTC.

Second time they have called, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I am on the no call list too!

No message. Made a couple strange clicks when I called back and then dial tone. Have no idea.

Ok, so they called me this afternoon claiming to be from one of my cc companies, offering a lower interest rate. So, I'm curious, I hit 9.. they put me through to a rep. The jerk asks me if I have cc debt equaling more than $3k, and I tell him no.. He hangs up on me.  Just hang up on these morons. Lesson learned for me.

Hey it's Rachel from credit card services , have asked for number to be removed 500 times, they always call with a different number. Does no good, press 9 and ask to speak to Rachel they hang up fast then.

Account services,lower your credit card rate...When i politely asked  "Jason" to remove us fromthe call list he  very rudely replied "THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!"

received unwanted calls constantly and reported to Do Not Call List but still getting calls. Hope FTC will do something about it.

This obviously is a scam. Supposedly they were going to lower my credit card interest rate. They asked me to verify my name and when I asked them whose name did they call, that was the end of the call.......  watch out!!

Got a robo call advertising lower credit card rates.  I already reported this to the FCC last month but calls still keep coming.

This number appeared on my caller ID from this afternoon. They didn't leave a message.

Just started getting this phone call on my caller ID. The message is about a 1/2 second of ??? Not long enuf to figure out who or what they want.  I wish people with DO NOT CALL LISTS on their phones that these companies would adhere to this. The Do Not Call number is 1-888-382-1222. Doesn't seem to help and our so called gov't. doesn't seem to want to do anything about it so what's the use.

It's from some company claiming to be "credit card services".  We are also on a do not call list, but these crooks seem to ignore the law.

It's a minor inconvenience, but illegal and aggravating to get robocalls with no recourse for getting off their lists.  Hard to tell who or what originated the call, but from the other comments here, sounds like a telemarketer.

I received a message from this number in regard to lowering your interest rate on your credit card.  Various other friends received calls from this same number and tried to call this number back but received a busy signal is this someone trying to take someone's credit fradulently.  Who is this company?

I got a call from this number an hour ago (December 27, 2010).  I answered it because I was suspicious of it in view of other calls from weird numbers.  The recorded message said "account service" was calling and this was my last chance to get a 6.9% interest rate (I got the same call last week from a different number).  I hit 9 as they said to do and a person answered saying, "did you press 9 to get a lower interest rate?"  I then said I was on the "do not call list" and they hung up before "list" was off my tongue. This has to be a bottom feeder looking for you to give them your credit card info.  Is there a way to trace the real number they are calling from?

Got a call today from 304-445-5940. I hit nine to get some info on this jerks.When I said I all ready ask them to take me off there call list, the a$$ hole said oh ok I'll take you OFF the do not call list, then hung up. I tried to return the call but got no where.
