you people are absolutely idiots!!! Ok, it's 2011 here and everybody has a damn smartphone so got to your market download a free app called Blocker and type the number in... but on the other hand, my guess would be a scam of some kind. either, the people that make the apps to block the numbers are doing the calls where the cell phone companies will keep paying for the software or like most people think on here modern day "idenity theft".. Either one its all about MONEY!!.. Look here is the facts 5 Billion cell phone subscriptions exist globally and so many people are getting calls from these numbers its got to be run by computer!! so dont be the dumb one.. DO NOT ANSWER

Not fair he's harassing me!!!!!!

I have recieved over 4 calls from this number and every time they said I requested stuff from them. I did not request anything from these people and I told them to remove me from their call list,but they still call.
Does anyone know anything about them?

These idiots called me 10 times today. Counted every one of them. If I don't know the number, I don't answer it. These a***oles need to get a life!

just thought you should know you can not do anything with suing them unless your cell number is on the do not call list. if its not...then its free game.

same complaint as everyone else. I have them blocked but still comes thru on voicemail. I think it was same dumb Walmart survey.

I was dumb enough to fill out a survey to win a WalMart gift card, times are still hard a every little bit counts. Now I get at least 8-15 calls a day from this number. The few times that I did answer and tried to talk there was no one their and when I tried to call the number back it says the number is disconnected. How someone can make a call from a disconnected number is way out of my knowledge base. I started just answering and hanging up right away so I didn't have the missed call on phone, hate that. Now I answer it and put it next to the stereo with the volume turned up until they hang up. Don't really know what else to do. They now only call 3-4 times a day.

Number calls and hangs up when answered. Than when called back, states its disconnected!!

I keep getting calls from 304-841-0014 about 7 or 8 times a day, when I answer the call all I hear are kids in the background and some foreign chick who apparently can't hear me saying " Hello, hello, hello."  Tried calling back and recording said number is not in service.  Who is this?

I answered my phone thinking it was someone from my online class or family member and no one answered on the other side. When I tried calling them back it says the number is disconnected or no longer in service...this is annoying!

I have received calls from this number for the last month.  Apparently they have something stuck in their mouth and can not speak.  When I called the number back, the recording was that this number had been disconnected.  However, today, I have received five calls from this number.  They do not leave a message, so I would consider this call harassing calls.

Called me a minimum of 17 times. Don't know who it is, wont leave a message so I don't answer unknown callers

It is a land line according to my resources from Comcast Digital Voice. Did the MAN have the "India Tech Support Voice"? If so, than I got the same call too.

Got a call right around 3:45 PM (EST) and was claiming to be an insurance company. My Service provider is Comcast Digital Voice. Caller had what I call "India Tech Support" voice and did not use proper English. I called back and got Comcast's "Disconnected or No longer in service" message. Not a voice mail greeting.

I took a survey for a free iPad that I saw in utube..... Many people were thanking this guy and were saying ( thank u for the website I received my free iPad) and other stuff like that and he would reply and would put the web site at the bottom.... I clicked it and took the test and gave my email and mailing address and that very same day got more than 10 calls from that number!!!! How can I stop it
