Repeated calls, try to call back and it states the number is disconnected

I got the call 7:51 in the morning when I was about to enjoy the sleep. Then the automatic-like voice said loudly"Call from ***, Don't go anywhere in the next 30 ....", I was so scared.... I hang up the phone and can not go to sleep any more... Bad call
