My family and I have received a few phone calls from numbers that start with (305)349 i.e. 305-349-4890. When I called the number from my wol phone to find out who it is, the call was answered and then immediatley I heard tone dialing (between 10 & 14 digits).
Sounds like a scam to me.

I recieved a call from this number on my cell phone.  When I called it back, I got no answer.  I agree, must be a scam.

I keep getting calls from this number and two others, voices in the background, hanging up as soon as I answer... goes to a voicemail when I call back or the same noise in background before hanging up thing.

I get a call from this number once a week and when i answer its a automated menu system that is asking me to press a number..

Unfortunately the message is in Spanish and my Spanish is very limited.

I was going to attempt to go through the menu's but I figured that was a bad idea and it is probably a scam.

When i try to call it back it just rings and there is no answer.
