I answered and got a recorded message. After about 30 sec. A person telling me he can lower my credit card rates. I asked him not to call me anymore and that i was on the "no call list" he said he didnt can about the "no call list" that he had the right yo call me. I said, so your telling me i dont have the right to tell you to stop and you have the right and freedon to call me any time you want?? He then laughed an hung up.
