This lady supposedly she was a "licenciada" accusing my dad of fruad for some products that we had purchased in 2010 and that if he didnt pay he would be called to court. The lady was from Florida, and to begin with we had to pay $349 and they would send us a packet (within 72 hours) that describes the whole process. It has been 72 hours and nothing has arrived. What a fraud they are!

File a complaint with the Federal Trade commission and the local authorities and if you answer the phone go ahead and tell this what you are doing.  Also, call the courthouse they say they are calling from and alert them as well. If the Federal Trade Commission documents a high number of incidents for this number, they will be investigated.

They were calling me ans accusing me about a fraud. If there are so amny complain towards this phone number, what can we do so the police can stop them?

My mother received a call from this number 305-420-6264 and they told her the same thing. She was going to be sued for not paying for some products she ordered back in 2009! So they asked her to pay $349 to settle it.  I did some investigating and found all of your comments and I even called the court she said she was from and they had never heard of her! FRAUD!!! Do not give them any info.

CREO QUE ES UNA ESTAFA ACABO DE RECIVIR ESTA LLAMADA DISIENDO LO MISMO QUE ME BAN A LLEVAR A CORTE COMO SE PODRIA DENUNCIAR ANTE LAS AUTORIDADES ESTE TIPO DE LLAMADAS QUE SOLO ESTAN ESTAFANDO Y ASUSTANDO ALAS PERSONAS.

Yo tambien recivi llamada de este numero disiendo la misma estupides Que les pagara 1900 dolares o Que si no me iban a hechar migracion lol:)) Pero no se de Que pais si vivo en el pais.donde naci soy ciudadana americana LOL. a mi se me hace q es puro  fraude x q mi esposa recibio una llamada de este num 3054206264 diciendo q son de la corte 11 de miami y q tiene qpagar 300 dolars  x algo q nunca compro y q si no pagaba la iban a mandar a una corte a san francisco  y q si su caso llegaba aesa corte  tendria q pagar 1900 dolares si me ayudan a saber quienes son se los agradeceria mucho

We also got a call from this number and the lady was SOOOO RUDE!!! Ha Ha if you will get me in court when I call you actually have a voicemail and nothing to explain that you are from "Tribunal #7 from Florida"  :((( You are so funny whoever has this number...

This phone number appeared in my caller ID with a message stating that there was an investigation by the "National Postal Service of the U.S.) and that I was acussed of fraud!  What a joke!

Called this number back and was asked if we speak english or spanish and then they hung up.
