Received 5 call from them today...Did not answer

Ok, I'm getting the calls too, but how does this complaint forum help stop these calls?

It's scam outfit usually preying on seniors. They offer to sell your timeshare but want you to pay the commission up front. If they manage to suck you in on that they will then call back in a few weeks and say they have a buyer for your unit and need another $500 dollars or so to complete the paperwork or get the paperwork started. You'll never hear from them again or if you do get through they will be rude and usually hang up on YOU. I tried to block their number with AT&T's Call Blocker but it won't work. I think the number on the caller ID is "spoofed". I did program the number in my phones directory with the name attached to it Do Not Answer so I and everybody else in the house will know not to answer. I do this with telemarketers, survey takers, Texas State Troopers Assoc., people asking for political donation etc. I do this a lot since the Do Not Call list has basically turned into one big joke. It won't stop the phone from ringing but it tells you not to bother even answering. I've read the numerous calls and hangups are for their records which is gathering information on the most likely time to call that number when somebody may be there to answer.

Pain in the butt ...keep calling but leave no messages. I am on a do not call list and they are so stuid and ignorant, they keep calling. They suck

I am constantly receiving calls from 305-428-2383 to my unlisted and DONOTCALL listed phone.  Please investigate this matter.

This is a timeshare salesman from Orlando.  I can't remember specific details of the timeshare we saw 5 years ago with our Danish friend, but I know it's them because they have been calling for FIVE years and asking for her name specifically and she has a unique name.  We utilized a timeshare unit in Orlando, and took a tour with our Danish friends.

I will try to research the timeshare company we toured with and give the name on here so we can call THEM back.

No one there... numerous calls ... maybe they dial then figure out on the Do Not Call Registry and they hang up???

this number has been calling between 10 and 35 times per week for about 2 months.  They have hung up all but one time that we answered.  They asked for someone who does not live here and refused to identify themselves.  hard to ask not to call back when they hang up everytime.

Answers and hangup. This has been going on far too long. It is time to stop them.

This number keeps calling me- but no one answers.

Received call from vacation resort company in Florida telling me I had a credit with them. Told them not to call any more . We are on the no call list.

I have about 10 calls a day from this number asking me why I am selling my timeshare and they offer help in selling it. I have no timeshares and asked to be removed from their list but the calls keep coming.

Numerous calls from this number....they never leave a message.  Something in Florida.  Would love if they stop calling.  "NO Thank You" doesn't work. "Take me off your calling list" doesn't work.  I have tried calling the number back and get a cell phone type message saying the mailbox is full and can't receive any more voice messages.  Very annoying!!!!!!!

Please take me off your call list!  They either call and hang up or the time I answered I reached someone and asked them not to call anymore and they hung up.  consortium travel?

A man at this number called my home to tell me about a timeshare appartment I supposedly wanted to buy or had bought  in Florida. He wanted to know the reason why I did not travel there after all. He had my name, address and phone number. I have never wished to make such a purchase. He refused to tell me where he got my name and address, where he was calling from. He refused to identify himself, refused to give me his family name. This number will be reported to the authorities.

If I answer, they hang up.

I got calls from this number, do not answer at all.

This number has shown up on my caller ID several times. Called back and states mail box full.  They have called back several times, usually just let it ring, but decided to answer after three rings, no response. Wish there was a way to have this number disconnected, because I consider it harassment.

Everyone getting the calls from 305.428.2383 PLEASE go to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  If enough people file the same complaint they will eventually investigate.  There have been class action law suits for similar cases with telemarketing companies where the phone calls bordered on harassment and the people who got paid were those who filed complaints with the FTC.  Please take the time to fill out the compliant, less than 5 minutes, companies shouldn't get away with harassing us in our homes.
