THIS IS A SCAM CALL !
I was getting missed call from this number since past many days. Today when I picked up the call he said that he is calling from CONSUMER SERVICES OF AMERICA OR "CSA" and that you have purchased a vacation package from Special-T-Travel, which you never used and that it has now expired. He said that now he is going to close my account and that I owe $1198 balance as a vacation processing charge. I said that I was never told that I will be charged, Then he said he has it in audio that you you have agreed to service charges and also it is also in the terms and conditions of the package. I said never agreed to any such charges on audio or in written. Then he said if I buy his package [or something like that] for $498 then he will close this account and give me the discount of $700 and nobody will then call for any collection charges otherwise he will charge my account ending with xxxx.. . I said this looks like a cheating or fraud to me as I never ever agreed to any such charges on audio or written and today also I disapprove of any such charges and I am going to dispute and fight for any charge you make on my account. On hearing this he hung up.  I couldn't digest this whole issue and digged out the vac package and carefully read the terms and conditions again and I could find any such charges listed. Out of curiousity I searched the web and I found many cases of such fraud calls. I also called the Special-T-Travel, they looked up my account and they said yes it is expired but you don't owe a dime to us or any collection ageny related to this and that person is fraud. They asked me to report this matter to DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICE AT 1-800-435-7352. I have taken a step ahead and also cancelled my credt card [so far no such fraud charges on my card :)]

Whoever this is, I am contcting the Fla authories to report various charges ranging from harassment to fraud.
My phone rings twice a day...for over a month.  Reporting to be a collection agency, looking for a woman, which I am not.

I also called the number listed in another post and spoke with a suspious man.  

Stop calling.

SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE FOCUSED PRIMARY ON SPECIAL-T-TRAVEL'S CUSTOMERS BUT STT ISNT THE ONLY COMPANY AFFECTED.
I WENT TO WWW.SPECIAL-T-TRAVEL.COM AND THEY HAVE ADVISED THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED TO CSA AND TO CALL THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICE AT 1-800-435-7352.
SO ANYONE WHO WANTS THIS TO STOP CALL THE GUY WHO IS IN CHARGE OF IT ALL AT 718-351-7747.
HE IS NOT THE ONE CALLING YOU BUT HE SEEMS TO BE ONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF IT ALL.

Don't bother to answer! This is a Fraudulent Criminal Agency looking for credit card numbers. They pretend to sell and do collections on travel packages. Report calls to the sheriff's department and the attorney general in Florida, Marathon County.
