I just got the same kind of call!

I get the same message. I even changed out my bank account and call blocked the number, just to be called by another number. I was cursed out when I called them a fraud. Now I speak Spanish when they call and tell them I am a different person and don't know the other guy.
If they would give me their address I would take them something. I don't understand why our government isn't doing something about this crime.

I just received the call, that you all have, do me a favor, if you would please. This has something to do with you or someone you know that applied for a personal loan online. They get your SS number and phone number, then say you owe them money. Please in an effort to stop this. Copy this http address and report all you know about the caller,  and then post near the bottom this address so the FBI can help out on this situation. www.ic3.gov

I just got a call from this number and they left a message "054559459 again that's 3054559459 don't disregard this message, return the call,  NOW if you don't return the call and i don't hear from your attorney either the only thing i can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. good bye and best of luck" from Brad Smith.

These are scammers trying to scare you so they can get money from you.
Please report this number, lets put a stop to these scammers and get the arrested

They just stared calling me and I yelled at the dum a** Indian and told him it was a scam he said I had did bad check on the computer I don't have a bank cause this is the 2nd time this s*** happen to me the 1st this I went to the police and the called them and the calls stopped know its another # calls and they only call the cells I'm changing my cell # . And can't wait for them to call me today

i RECEIVED A THIRD CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME AND MY SOCIAL,WHAT TO DO TO STPO THIS HARRASMENT?

these peple just called twice today in a very threatening way,they say there is a lawsuit against me,the are very nasty people.

I have been getting the same calls, he states he is calling from Michael and Winston Law Firm and they are suing me for a check loan from a company called CCS that they can give me no information for. I have tried to get as much info as I possibly can from them. The scary part is how much info they have on me. I have placed a fraud alert with the credit bureaus just in case since they have my ssn #, my birth date, where I work and they knew my checking acct # as well. I don't know how they got that information. I hope they can be stopped. They are leaving me the same scary messages and kept telling me I needed to be in court by 11am tomorrow morning but wouldn't tell me what court. We never got far enough into the conversation about paying off the debt because I was asking for far too much information on them and he hung up on me. I tried to call the number back but it just kept ringing busy.

Have gotten several calls and threatening messages from this scammer. My caller-id says "IP  Communications". Man with heavy accent, Brad Smith(?), says to have my attorney call back or face the consequences. Does not really say what about.

I check phone numbers every time I get one of these kind of calls and try to report every time. Unfortunately for me, happens several times a month. ;-(

I just recieved a call from this number, same message. I think I am on a scam list. I have 16 calls from foreign (Indian) idividuals who basically say the same thing. I do not understand why they keep calling, I have never given them money. They do not even know the correct legialize. These scam artist have even called my work and left messages. I have contacted the FBI, who told me there is nothing they can do. I have kept records of the calls and sent it to the Attorney Generals office and never heard back. I am told to hang up and they will stop, but they have not. This has been going on for 2 years now. It is embarrassing at work, because some people do not believe it is a scam. If anyone has a suggesstion, I would apprciate hearing it. My next call is the FTC.

That number just called me twice today and leaving the same message "If i dont hear from you or your lawyer, I will just say I will see you in court. Like seriously, people dont have anything else to do but scam people? My thing is that I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. I'm giving this fool one more time to call me with this foolishness and I'm going to report them. This s*** is ridiculous!!

These people are a TOTAL FRAUD. Call the FBI (local branch) as well file a complaint with FTC, the Law Firm they claim to call from is real , However, the owner of the Firm suggests you file complaint with the FTC. He is attempting to force the dept of justice to stop this. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OR GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO!

I have gotten the same calls and if I took a loan out I would know for sure. I got in touch with my bank and they said there was nothing put into my account so yeah now I know it is a BIG SCAM them BUMS

got the same message from "Brad Smith"  difficult to understand with the language boroughs..

I got the same call but they asked for a Rodger something. I told the foreign gentleman he has the wrong number and then he asked me for mine "which I was stupid to give him". He kept talking and I was like you go the wrong number and I hang up. A minute later the same guy calls back and this time my husband answers and told the guy I wasn't at home and just left. He then asked what this was regarding and then hung up on my husband. I work with a P.I and I am going to look into this non sense. Now they have my name and I am waiting for them to call me back.

Same thing over and over again, the funny part of this is that I work for a police department and they continue to harass me and threaten to take me to court - at first I was scared then I decided that they are the idiots because I have a taped line.  They call with various different numbers but all from the same area.

These people are awful horrible people."Sebastion" called me and claimed to be from a law firm in Miami and said I had taken a loan out and didnt pay back and said now I was facing charges, over 5,000 worth. Said I could settle for 987.00 without courts. He said he had my acct info and everything for PROOF. I said IDK what your talking about. He then says we have contacted you several times, etc. Very intimidating and scary to be told you can be arrested.  have young kids and one on the way! I was flipping. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about with "law" lingo. I panicked and ALMOST paid them with a money pach card which is what they claimto ONLY accept. Then I calmed and googled the # ad say all this bad stuff. Then called them back and told them off, said what they do is HORRIBLE! and the stress they just caused a pregnant mom was awful. Stress can kill a baby, I was histericle on the phone. He said...just pay the fee and if I can prove there was no loan id get my money back. They acted odd when I asked for the address. What they do is awful and I pray someone catches them and the things they do to people. They came close to getting me. I did report them to the police. Hopefully something can be dont. Total horrible people

I work for a financial institution and talk to customers all the time who get scammed by thread calls. Please talk to your family members and friends and let them know how to search these numbers so they don't get scammed.

I've been getting calls from them lately as well. They are rude they hung up on me twice because I told them I know the law because I just graduated Tom college with a criminal justice degree. They told me they had my bank records showing they put 500.00 in my acct. so I told them I was going to go to my bank to get my bank statements and they hung up again. At first I was worried and scared because I don't work and I'm a single mother of a little girl and they were saying crazy stuff, but then I looked them up and found that so many other people experienced the same thing, and my statements showed no such thing they were stating...
