I got a message from Kim Reynolds, she's with PR processing firm. She will be serving me in 7 days if I don't call Fidelity and settle debt to take me off the list. Her number came up as 888-888-8888 but left a message to call 713-230-8221. I have no clue who Fidelity is and nor am I in debt! These parasites!

Same phone message from a Kim Reynolds. She calls every 2-3 weeks saying she's coming to serve the packet for court. I'm still waiting for her to show up since she's not even legitimate. Hopefully, they'll get this con artist and the scammers she's working with. Innocent people are being harassed at home and at their workplaces and the numbers are growing! And even if a person is perceived by a company to be guilty, a legitimate company will send something in writing with a credible company address as well as give a credible phone number to reach them to resolve the matter.

I just recieved a phone call with voice mail from this Kim Reynolds.  Yep, don't think I will be calling them back.  I am tired of these people.  Everytime I say send me proof or fine come serve me, no one ever shows up.  Thank you for posting this.

Thanks for all the warnings from above.  I just got a call from Kim Reynolds and to call Fidelity Processing...Couldn't find anything about Fidelity Processing...couldn't find anything listed by that number...even in directory assistance.  Not going to call them back after all the comments!!!!!!

Got a text message saying all the same things above. I have contacted police and FCC. The police officer told me they won't text you or call u if there is something against you. It's a major scam.

I got the Kim Reynolds voice mail too and i though it may be legit since i was in an auto accident a few weeks ago.  Of course i also got the call from "Microsoft" today to "fix" my computer.   I don't have any debts to collect that i know of.  Weird.  

I got the same type of text on a business cell phone and the name is no where close to mine as they are looking for a male and female.

Got the same spiel as a recording 10 minutes ago.  Caller ID was Kim Reynolds PR wih an 888-888-8888 number her recorded message stated - as in the others 7 days and will then serve me, but I can call Fidelty Claims Processing at 713-230-8221.  As all previous statements here --- another scam.  We have a good local news department and I'm feeding it to them to see if they will take it on their schemes/ripoffs reports.

I received a call from a lady by the name of Kim Reynolds who said she was a private process server and had a packet of documents to serve me within the next 7 days. The phone number she called from was local. She said I could call fidelity processing. And gave me the number listed above and if I called and settled matters, she would not come to my house. What process server calls you? and my internet search for the local number and fidelity processing does not have a website. I know of my debts and regularly check my credit and this company or any outstanding debt shows up on my credit report. I think this is a scam.

I also got a text message today except the last name of who they sent it to does not match mine and if it were my legit debt then I would know how to spell my last name.  Anyways, text read:

"(Insert name here) NOTICE of potential filing under TITLE 18 USC SECTION 1343.  Call 7132308221.  You are hearby notified of potential proceedings in respect to filing #*******.  Contact processing division at 7132308221 immediately. "

The text came from 470 331 6267.  I don't know who these people are or what "business" they are calling from but since when do businesses send crap like this by text message?!?!?!  I reckon that they think that I'm stupid, gullible or whatever enough to contact them back.  I've filed a police report and will be contacting the FCC this evening.  I am FED UP with this scum trying to make a buck off of me!!!!

When I googled the 470 331 6267 it comes back to some "Online sex datin, Top online dating websites (30) Adult"................these scum are pathetic!!!!!!!

Just got the same message from a company I have absolutely no idea of. Another scam! Who sends a text message with the section and title law! I'm hip to this bs
