I got too many calls from this number. It's annoying. How do we block this?

I got several calls from this number. I got Shaw and block their number, with these instructions:

Using your phone

Lift your handset and press *60 to enter the Command Options menu.
Press 3 to activate Selective Call Blocking.
Press #.
Enter the phone number to block (10-digit local numbers or 1 and the 10-digit number for long-distance numbers).
Press #.

This number has been calling my cell phone--for the past several months.  Saturday (12/17/11) that number rang my cell phone all afternoon every 15 - 20 minutes until 7:00pm.  I now have a block on that number.  My number is on the do not call list--does it really work?

They're bother me to much!!

I got a call from this mumber. I do not know this person. I block this mumber on my phone.

Got a call from the same number today. They started speaking Spanish. I answered in Englih and they hang up. I called them and started speaking in my native language. They hang up. I think it is fear since I have learned English everybody to try - it is not easy, but is important to use English in the USA!

So, because my last name starts with the letter "C", people often think that I'm latino. My last name is actually Greek, but some a**-hole immigration officer in Canada decided to spell our family name with a C rather that a K, back in the '60's!!!

As a result, I have all these latino call centres calling me!

This is pretty funny - I'm hoping they don't continue to call, but this is what I did last night after the umpteenth time this number has called our house.....

The first thing they always say is ?Do you speak Spanish??, so last night, I?d had it?.I acted really excited and I said ?I do speak a little Spanish, but let's forget about that - I?d LOVE it if you could tell me about your day!!!?  SILENCE?HAHAHA?then he was like ?Sorry?? and I just kept saying, please tell me about your day, I?d love to know how your day?s going, and on and on and he was stunned into complete silence then I said, ?Oh and could you do one other thing for me after 10 times of asking ? take this number off your calling list?!?!?!?!? and then I hung up.  It was just so funny because I think he was so stunned that someone would do that, that he had no idea what to say back...gave me a good giggle afterwards.....

Got a call from this number. Didn't pick the phone, they left no message.  I immediately block telemarketers or any other pesky callers.  (Must be with Primus, don't know if Bell has that feature)

I get calls from this number but no one answers when I pick up.  However, they don't hang up either.  There's got to be some way of ending these calls.  Being on the no call list is not helping!

call in spanish, please do not call my house till u learn english

Same here... I called the number back and they said something in spanish and when i spoke to take my name off the list they said "no speak english."  what can i do about this. any suggestion?  not the first time they have called my house.

Called and said "lady you speak Spanish?" I said no..."any in house speak Spanish?" I said no, take me off your list. He said "I no speak English" and hung up.
