the person does live in Colombia, that is the routed number here to call cell phones, you cannot call cell phones here from cell phones in Colombia, so you have to go to a call store, get in a booth and use a service that uses this number, nobody in Colombia has a house phone so this is how they call the US, it is legal and there is no call back because it is only a relay number.....

A person I met on internet and thought lived in Colombia (person insists still is in Colombia)called me and it showed this number. Caller i.d. actually said Miami Florida + the number in question......don't know what to say??

Yeah... same story as everyone else, I guess. The number called while I was in school, I saw it about an hour later during a break. Called back when I got home... out of service =o
