I received a call from this number, as well as a multitude of these types of unwanted un solicited calls. I have decided to take matters in my own hands in addtion to reporting them to NDC and my
State's DO Not Call Registries.
1. I do not pick up the phone.
2. I keep a log of the numbers, date time, number, company, (google to get as much info as to who they are).
3. Report to DNC.
4. Set my answering machine's outgoing message to say: " If your number appears on my caller Id as a Telemarketer, Unknown, Blocked, Alphabet, or Unidentifiable source, take my name and number off your list and stop calling me, I am keeping track of your calls and will report you to NDNC and my State DNC Registries...... (You get the idea).

You can do something similar to this. I noticed that the calls slowed down a lot, although I might get a "new" number but if I google it and find out that the new number is a swither roo, I will show that in mu complaint.  I copy and paste the complaints I find on this sight and use the as examples of what others as saying about their experience with the specific number.



This way when I report them I can answer the yes box on the complaint form where it asks if I told them to stop calling me. I can enter the dates, times that these numbers repeatedly called.
I live in Florida, check to see if your state has a Do not Call Registry also.

I have received calls from Lower Interest since last year. Sometimes 2 times a day. It is annoying to say the least. "Final Notice" means nothing, Do Not Call list means nothing. How can we stop these people. Maybe if they are made to pay us for all the calls they make maybe they will stop. There must be some place we can voice our complaint and be heard...

Rachel is my best friend. She calls me almost every day, maybe twice a day, from various numbers. I'm surprised my spouse doesn't think I have a floozy on the side. If i did, I'd tell her to say, "this ir Rachel from Cardholder Services" if a woman answers the phone. And if I answer and simply say, "Its' Rachel again!" and hang up, she'd know I couldn't talk because my spouse was present.

But I have no floozy, so these calls are a real pain, especially when I'm trying to sleep in, or when I'm expecting an important call and put someone else on hold (or hang up) to answer this robocall.

You can and SHOULD sue them in your local small claims court.  You can get $500.00 per call however you need to log the date and time of the calls.  There is a website out there that tells you how to do this,I have received many calls from them and tried every thing to get them to stop, they just don't care!

I am on the DNC list have been since day one,you have to be on that list to sue I think,  but  it is very easy to put your numbers on that list.

Here is the story it has a link to the site which has a tutorial on how to sue them in your local small claims court.  It takes a bit of your time but the reward is so great and if everyone who reads this would sue the b*****ds, we may make a step toward shutting them down. Had I been logging these calls I would have well over five grand in calls thus far so I begin today with my log.  Follow the advice on that site, ask them who they are,play like you are loosing your hearing or something, then get the needed info for the suit, ask them to send their do not call policy, they have to by  law and if they don't you will find your case  much easier to win.. Mostly when confronted with the actual Demand letter prior to court they will call a few times to try and scare you out of it, then offer to settle out of court.  Take the settlement if you want, I will just to avoid the hassle of going to court and waiting to see if they show (The will not naturally).  Either way, you win and knowing you are taking action they will take your number out of their autodialer and this is what you want (Well I WANT THE MONEY!!!)

I'm sick and tired of receiving these foolish calls!!

How many times do I have to push 3 to put myself on the discontinue calling list?  I have done it at least 6 times and they continue to call.

Got this call again for the umpteenth time; Sure wish DNC would do something about them.

I am getting phone calls from this number sometimes 4 a day please help me stop this.  My husband is very ill and it is annoying to go for the phone and get a recording.

Also block (502) 632 4428; (503) 563 0775; (626) 521 5581; (609) 318 3363. I, too, used to be on do not call list. I think the courts changed the rules and now I get at least one call a day!! I just don't answer, but will see if my phone has the option to block calls.

They called and my it was an out of state # so I let it ring.  (I'm in Southern California.) nobody left a message. I googled this # and got this page. Now I know it's a scam or spam.

ugh!  keep getting calls from this number! argh!

Every day I get a call or two.  Each time it's a different number.  I just don't answer any more unless I recognize the number.

Doesn't matter how many numbers you block - they buy new ones every week - it will never end.  The only thing you can do is report to the FCC, FTC & your state Attorney General's Office.  DO IT.

They don't care about being "whistled at" - they are performing a numbers game - the more people they access, the higher the chances of finding a victim.  Don't be a victim.  Report to the FTC, FCC & Attorney General's office - they are the only ones with "teeth" that can file in Federal Court. DO IT - I KNOW IT'S A PAIN, BUT IT WILL NOT STOP UNLESS YOU GET INVOLVED.

Dolores, they change their phone number often - maybe every week or so. And they get numbers from all over the country.  A lot of these people are calling from overseas - yes, they can do that.! They also will try to sell "Security Systems" - it's all illegal.  Help out by filing a complaint with the FTC, FCC and State's Attorney General - they will only litigate if enough people complain.

The old "Rachel from card services".    (I'm on the federal do not call list).   The 5th call this week, all from different (spoofed) numbers.   Male voice, India, seemed new as he did try to get a phone number for me to call back, Gave me the old "you have to qualify to get number", attempted to get credit card info - seemed fixated on getting card that you owed more than $3K in a script designed to get you to tell them your credit card number.   I could hear many conversations in background

Received a call from telephone # 305-587-2091 which shows as "Lower Interest" on caller ID. On Do Not Call registry. Don't answer calls from unknown callers.

recorded message to get lower credit card interest rates.  We get calls on cell and home phones which are all on the do not call lists.  We need to ask our presidential candidates what they can do about this.  I report the numbers to do not call but they say the numbers are spoofed.  These phone companies should know where the calls are coming from.

Just report them today.  I think they use the no call list to call people!  They are very rude.

It doesn't work. I have done the same. I've filed 2 complaints with the do not call registry, & will file again, I'm sure. I've blocked 5 different numbers with the same message, but they just find another. I have started keeping a record of these calls, maybe the FCC will help.
