This number was on my caller ID on Oct 9th, 2008.  No message. I am registered on the "do not call" registry and am fed up with calls like this coming through.  How do they by pass that system

They just called at 9 p.m., and there was only a beeping sound (but it was not a fax).  I am also on the "Do Not Call" list; I just registered a complaint with them regarding this number.

I REVEIVED SEVERAL CALL FROM THIS NUMBER THE LAST ONE WAS ON 11/18 AT 4:53PM  I DO NOT KNOW WHO'S CALLING... PLEASE IF SOMEBODY HAVE ANY INFO ABOUT IT PLEASE ADD YOUR COMMENTS IN THIS WALL...
