this number called me last night at 7:30pm. Told me to call back by 8pm. I haven't had my home phone for very long and I haven't given it out to anybody except family. She seemed to not know who she was looking for. And seemed to throw names together. Funny thing is I have called all morning and nobody will answer. Told me she wanted to give me a chance to defend myself since I have not responded to the paper work sent to me. I was being Audited for Fraud.

Just received call from a mrs. Harris also.  Something about an audit and that i didnt respond to forms that were supposedly sent to me.  Never recieved any such thing.  Glad i checked on here.  I get occanaional calls from scammers so now i always check.  Will be call ftc to file complaint also.

Just received the same voicemail. They were looking for a Ms Jackson who may not be expecting this call or be aware of the situation. It was Ms Harris calling every supposed number related to Ms Jacksons file. I know of no Ms Jackson, so I can't understand how my # should be associated with anyones file.  The call is very important & Ms Harris really needs to hear back from you to stop the audit filing????? It seems like robo calling, looking for fairly common last names in order to dupe people into returning the call.  DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM 305-907-6922, MUST BE A SCAM.

Same here.  I don't know who she is, but she talking about some loan from 2007 and that they are going to prosecute.  I told her to go ahead because there was no way I'm giving her any of my information to get any type of payments.  I told her I knew it was a scam and that I was on this site and she proceeded to say, "wow, my name?  really?  wow, a scam?"  It continued until I hung my phone in her face.  I sure do hope she doesn't call back because I will not be nice the next time.  On top of it she's going to tell me that I owe over $700 and that she was going to speak to her "client" to see about making a settlement.  She placed me on hold and there was no music or anything that show's when a person has you on hold with a business.  I believe she pressed the mute button for a moment to give the impression that she was actually on the other line with her "client".  This woman was so unprofessional and ignorant.  I know that I sound young over the phone and I may allow a person to think they know what they are talking about, but I fooled her.  She told me she had to fight hard for me because her client didn't want to settle and that he wanted to have me summoned to go to jail.  Very funny.  Even if this is happening, I'd rather be prosecuted simply because of how unprofessional Ms. Harris was.  She sound like she was making the call from home.  The background was extremely quite.

Stop calling my phone number. Will not give you any personal info about myself
and I don't believe you are a real company. You are scam artists, trying to
sound like you are professional employees trying to get a serious message
to me. Who are you trying to fool? Loose my email address and phone number!!!

Received a call from a lady stating she has exhausted all of the phone numbers she has on me.
Wants to talk about something important, but does not want to leave any more info
on my voice mail. So she left phone # 305-907-6922, I called the number and it is connected to
some company calling themselves NCW. It is a scam for banking info, or some other
kind of internet scam to get confidential personal info.

Some lady left a message saying she was Ms. Harris. She said she is calling from NCW. She said my case was referred by the claims department regarding an audit and there is no record of me responding to any of the forms. She said I may not be aware of this and to call her. I have no idea what this lady is talking about.

I got a call from them.  Ms Harris.  Did a reverse lookup and it's coming up as a Credit counseling agency in Miami.  Seems to be a scam.

They call everyday different female voices but all claim to be a mrs harris I have said wrong number over and over and they do not listen, I am now documenting the calls to complete a lawsuit for fdcpa violations
