I have blocked the numbers but they just keep using different numbers.
I've been receiving phone calls from a mixture of these numbers for months. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and they never leave a message.

Its accelerated receivable services. ARS for short. They are a collection agency for the local hospital. Its sometimes hard to get a hold of a real person when you call them.

The number belongs to a debt collection agency in Scottsbluff Nebraska. I don't know who all they handle accounts for, but they got my information from an unpaid hospital bill.

Do you know the name of the debt collection agency? I would be happy to talk to them. I don't owe anyone and they should not be calling me. But they simply continually hang up, never leave a message, never speak. That's harrassment, not debt collection. If I knew who they were, I'd talk to them!

Have been receiving calls from this number for months as well as 308-633-7145 and 308-633-7147. Looking them up on White Pages says they are all unlisted land lines out of Scottsbluff, NE. Unfortunately my provider does not offer the option of having them blocked.

I also had 3 missed called from this number in about 3 minutes no message and when I called back there was no answer. When I called back a machine message came on asking me to enter the first 3 letters of the persons name I was trying to reach.

had 3 missed calls from this number in less than 5 minutes.. no messages because my number is a private cell number I never call back people that don't leave their name and number unless i know them.. so when this number called and didnt leave a message i assumed that its not important. If it was a message would be left with the callers name number and also a short message about the nature of the call..

got a call from 308-632-6491. no message was left. I tried to call the number back and it rings once and then goes to busy. not sure who this is
