If they work Collections in NE why are they calling a person who lives in MI??? I have never been to any Hospital outside of my state, and never ever been to NE...

This is a legit collection company. They work collections for the hospital in Scottsbluff, NE.
If you do have to deal with them, hope you dont talk to chelsea. She's a liar and will say anything to get you to pay money so her #s look good. I made payment arrangements to pay down my balance and had made my payments on time (even early). she called me and asked when i was going to take care of the balance (which was one more payment). I told her that I had made arragements to pay it off and they should have received a payment already this month. She says it was just received and hadn't been processed. when I told her I had sent the payment 2 weeks ago and they had to have received it at least 1 1/2 weeks ago she hangs up on me! Guess she knew that I was right!
anyway, she hung up on me so I called her back. she was VERY rude and condescending so I asked to speak with a supervisor (which then made her cop a BIGGER attitude). Randy, the supervisor, was great. she informed me that my payment had been received 2 weeks ago and had been processed (funny that Chelsea couldn't figure that out). She couldn't figure out why Chelsea had told me that it had just been received or why she was harassing me over one last payment.

This is a hospital billing service.  I called to pay a bill, left a message for them to call me back (no representative was available), and this was the number that called back.

Answered the call but they just didn't say anything.Dead on the other end.

These people call two to three times a day, every fricking day, and leave no message. So I called them and asked who they were and he said ARS Inc. I asked what business they were in and the guy says he needs my name before he answered my question. Of course I absolutely get ticked off when I get a question answered with a question so I told him that if he could not answer my question before we went any further then our conversation was ended. I do not owe any one any outstanding debts so I was surprised to find out they were a debt collection agency. I do not know if Phoenix 13 is in Nebraska or not but this company is located in western Nebraska.

I called them and told them that they keep calling my cell and I wanted to be taken off their list.  I gave them my name and number and they were very polite and stated they had a wrong number and would take me off their list.

Guys, this company is in my town. They are a legit Collection company. I don't work for them or anything, matter of fact I have owed money at one time :(

I would suggest talking to them, they are relatively nice people. If you don't owe it, then fight it. At the very least, answer once and tell them it's a cell phone number and you don't want to receive calls on that number. Then they cannot, by law, contact you on that cell number again.

HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET MY CELL NUMBER???? IT SEEMS I AM SPENDING WAY TO MUCH TIME ACCESSING THIS SITE TO SEE WHAT A-HOLE IS TYING UP MY LINE AT THE MOMENT. CANT WE DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS????DIDNT THEY PASS F-NG LAWS ABOUT THIS???? ARE THEY HAPPY TO WAKE UP EVERY DAY IN THE MORNING KNOWING THEY ARE GONNA P****OFF EVERYONE THEY TRY TO TALK TO????
