I just got the text and immediately googled the number. It is clearly a scam,

I received an SMS msg on my mobile:
hrsb@hotmail.net/ Alert: Harrison Bank MasterCard issue. Call at 309-282-8729 Sender 3845
When I tried calling the number (I suspected fraud as I don't have a Harrison Bank MC), I did so from a computer phone on a Saturday morning. There was no answer.
SMS to my phone was sent at 9:31.04 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3

I assume this is a scammer trying to obtain personal and financial information from people.
