Due to the OBAMA BAIL-OUT DEBACLE this year - even as a customer with EXCELLENT CREDIT HISTORY for over 15 years - Capitol One FOR NO REASON - raised my interest rates from 12.9% to 29.9%!

MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE AT LEAST EVERY OTHER WEEK TO REDUCE YOUR INTEREST PAID! (INTEREST IS COMPOUNDED DAILY!)

I am for the first time behind.
Went from two incomes to one. Had a car accident. Almost lost my child in it, she will never be the same. (Was NO FAULT OF MY OWN) The second income person walked out on me after the accident.

My total debt with you was 17x.xx and cause you are so UNHUMANE is now over 1,000.

Getting these "We've got a deal for you!!" calls daily now. Guess I'll have to call them back just to shut them up. Want to give me a deal? Cut my rate from 29.99% to something reasonable. THAT would be a deal. We keep this card completely paid off and very rarely use it. When we do, we immediately pay it off the next week. Can't describe the hate I have for this company.

I got tired of "Linda" calling all the time so I did a little research and found a Capital One phone number located in Richmond that's answered by a person. I believe it's a call center.  ( 804-967-1000 )

Next I went to Capitol One's site, logged into my account and changed my cell phone contact number to 804-967-1000.  Since the system they're using is automated, I added the same number to home, work and alternate. Now the automated system calls the call center using all 4 numbers.  Given that when I was called they would sometimes call several times a day.  I figure that call center is getting 8 calls + or - when the system fires up.

And that ladies and gents is how you Rick Roll Capital One and waste they're time and money.  :-)

Capital One is calling from this and tons of numbers! Driving me nuts! They also raised my int to 29.9! I am getting a bank loan and paying these guys off they suck!

It's Capital One but I'm not behind and I don't care what special offers they might have for me!  They call 10 times a day, I just never answer or answer and lay my phone down and then hang up later.

That number is the main switchboard. And, their calling system is programmed with any and all Capital One numbers, they won't call their own facility. They may be a$$h0les but they are not stupid.

I stopped paying my bill because I'm going to die real soon. I gave my new address of the burial spot, and they didn't find that funny at all, but its true.

Capital One calls numerous times every day from random numbers. I also save the numbers and label them Capitol 1, 2 etc. I have a smart phone so I can then send the calls straight to voicemail!

Called at 10:07AM on Wednesday, December 29 but failed to leave a message !

Called at 10:48AM on Thursday, December 16 but left no message !

Keep getting calls every day for the past couple of weeks from this number by "Linda" stating she has some opportunities from Capital One.

Called at 8:09PM on November 30 but failed to leave a message. Report number to FCC !

Called at 2:45PM on November 30 but failed to leave a message !

This number called at 10:27AM on Thur Nov 11 and left no message !

If you don't want them to call you, just call them and tell them to take your number of the list.

I am so sick of these people calling me, I even went on line and put my number on the do not call registry and I'm still getting calls from these people, any other suggestions???

It's Capital One and they are trying to collect. I am about a week behind due to hospitalization and they are calling constantly. I'll be able to pay them next week when I get my first paycheck now that I'm back to work but yeah...it is Capital One, the "opportunities" is the opportunity to pay your bill. :P
