Received a call from this number, routed to voice mail and they hung up.

usually dosn't leave a voice mail but this time they did - but apparently they didn't realize my voice mail picked up.  I heard a guy typing and speaking what sounded like Indian, and clicking away and a keyboard and breaking heavy in the phone.
