Correction - I believe the client's parents gave us his employer's phone number and then upon interviewing client he requested us to contact his employer.  The parents and employer signed for the client. Again, nobody was twisting anyone's arms to do a bail bond.  This is called buyers remorse! I am the owner and Lynda a new agent!  This was her third bond she ever worked on.  I don't appreciate this slander. It's actually called Trade Disparagement.  However, I like to reply to lies instead of suing someone and wasting time.

Mr. Mckeen - Please stop the lies. We never swindled anyone. Nobody from my office talked to you. We talked to your wife. Your wife wanted us to interview your employee and we did. Your wife called us back and said. "ok lets do this."

Yes, we collected $2000 cash and then $2000 on your debit card which was approved by your bank. We gave you a great deal. This was a payment plan with a standing balance of $2400.00.  We never pushed anyone to do anything. Upon your wife's request we interviewed your employee at the jail. Then your wife decided to get him out. What's the issue?

About 24 days later we received a chargeback from your bank. This happened after the Feds raided your place!  The chargeback was disputed and we were told to keep the funds in the merchant account until the case chargeback issue was resolved. Then your employee and my client paid the balance the same day the chargeback case was closed! Wow! You are wrong and too bad! We dont work for free! Balance was paid in full!

We recently had a friend taken in to OC jail when we received a call from a bail company. Now, our friends mother initiated the contact, we believe but they pushed this in us stating our friend was asking for us to bail him out. We wanted to confirm this with him but of course they "couldn't" accommodate that request.  We gave them $2000 cash and $2000 on a debit card to be taken bank the next day. Our bank thought this was fraudulent activity and charged it back, except our bank denies this. He then demanded another $2000 cash immediately or the cost would go up. We gave another $2000 but have not received the chargeback so basically he is keepi
ng our $2000 . Apollo bail bonds is the name and the owner is Ryan and his female partner is Lynda. Stay clear of these people.

I got an unsolicited call from this bail bond company.  They used a lot of psychological pressure and got me involved in getting my daughter out of jail.  She has schizophrenia.  I still don't know exactly what my liability will be, but it would have been better for all of us (except the company which collected a fee) never to have gotten involved in this.

Let me ask this question. Bail is competitive, everyone wants the business and there are few who can afford to pay the fees. So you were solicited by phone but you were offered a 50% reduction in fee. If I were bailing someone then I would welcome the 50% reduction no matter how and what was said.

We got an unsolicited phone call to get my brother out of jail.  They tried to scare us as to how he would be treated in jail and that the judge would not let him out on his own recogniscence.  They tried to get us to give them a credit card over the phone.  the actual bond was $5000, but they said they would give us a deal for $2500. It was a male and female team that each talked to us trying to get us to use their service.
