I've probably received 50 calls from that number and a host of others using the same message on robot dialers and  the same script if you get a live scammer after pressing the appropriate button. Being retired, I have plenty of time to waste their time. I string them along ("Wow! I'd LOVE to get a better rate! Tell me MORE!") until they request a valid credit card number so they can check my credit. I ask, "Have you ever heard about the FTC Do Not Call Registry, a**hole?" and hang up.

Yeah, I've been getting calls like crazy from this number. I called and talked to a lawyer in CA about it. She also receives calls from this number too. It's a scam. Be sure to warn people about it. They will change their number frequently. All they are trying to do is get personal information from you so that they can steal your identity. Be ware!!! If it keeps up, report them (as best as you can) to your state attorney general. That was the advice I was given. I hope this helps you all as much as it will help me.

Caller ID said it was from 303 and I thought maybe it was my brother so I picked up.  It was a recorded message about lowering the interest rate of my credit card press 1 to get a real person. I hung up.  When an unfamiliar number comes on caller ID, I usually don't pick up the call.

I have do not call on my cell phone.This number has shown up a few time,when I answer there is no one there.tHIS IS SO wrong.When I tried to file complaint,my computer froze up.
Why waste time to call if you have nothing to say.

This is a complaint board.   People visit here to complain about telephone pests and to share information about those pests, including how to get rid of the calls.  This board does not belong to your pest.  He probably doesn't even read here.

I just blocked that number so, hopefully I won't get more.

Got a call on my cell phone and I answered - cell phone works through my GPS - It's Bluetooth connected - I knew it was a scam call but I was going to have some fun, however there was no answer.  No message was left.  I suspect it was a robo call looking for active numbers. Caller ID displayed 'No Name'.

Just received a call on my cell from this number.  Did not answer - no message left.

This is really annoying - my number is on the Do Not Call list.

I get calls from here too, just got one they claimed their company is called 'Card Member Services' I told them I know where my cards are from and its no through them, according to them I need to check cause they are and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they claimed to be one.  I told them 3 times on the same call to take me off the list and that I am reporting them, according to them I can't.  BS just did baby.

I just got an un solicited call and hang up no response from this number.

Multiple calls from this number as well.  There should be a way to stop this, especially for cell phones!!

I have been getting calls from this number for several weeks. I have actually "talked" to a live person and told them to remove my number from their list. After I hung up, I got several more calls from the same number, the latest one this morning.

I have registered a complaint with the FTC on their DO NOT CALL registry website but this seems to be a wasted effort.

Any suggestions?  Shall we combine our efforts and sue the person or people who hold this number?

You may be fooled because this looks like a REAL number. It's actually some scammy company.

I have been getting calls on my cellphone for a long time, so far the callers have spoofed about 70 different numbers to mislead everyone. I think Terry has a good idea to cause them charged for every call they make(Terry March 8, 2012). from here on I will answer the calls, then immediately I will disconnect to make them pay for it, since they dial a lot of numbers, this can hit them in their pocket big. I also will report every call to FCC as jack was saying. lets put an end to this abuse people.

All the calls originate from the same person or group, they just spoof new number every once in a while, it needs FCC to track this person/group down and let everyone know who they are so that we can sue him/them. They have the authority to demand the pone service to disclose full information about the true owner of the phone. Please report these calls and ask for help, so that FCC know how wide spread these annoying calls are.....

What you do is get their info off of the internet and then write your local Attorney General's office and file a complaint against them. I did this and it worked!

First I get a call from 310-303-1733 offering to lower my intrest rates.  I hang up then almost immeditatly I get a call from 999-999-2112.  I hear a lot of noise like people talking and then they hang up without saying anything.  Has anyone else received the call from the 999 number that also gets called from the 310 number?

These people have been calling for a couple years.  I have no credit card debt.  I pressed the number they said to press and told the person I want them to quit calling me; that I'm on the "Do Not Call Registry" and I would report them.  He hung up.  I'm going to document the dates, times, numbers, recorded message or live, what is said, etc.  After a few of them, I'll report all to DNC Registry and hope it stops.

I received a call from this number as well.  No message was left. I called it back and got a recorded message that says, "try again later". I won't be trying again later.
