I got a few missed calls from the number yesterday, got another today picked it up and after a bit it says "Good bye"  Tried calling it back and it says it is a disconnected number or no longer inservice

Received hangup calls from this number after numerous rings

Waiting to hear if anyone got a call.  I did not answer.  No message was left.  Next to the telephone number was "Richard Smith".
