Has anyone went into the interview? How do you know its a scam?

I second what lisa said. I also worked for them and they just arent a good business to work for. They use the term marketing but what they really make u do is go from bussiness to bussiness and solicit their products to everyone you see. Hours are ridiculous and the pay is pretty much nothing.

Bella Marketing is a complete scam. Sadly I know this because I used to work there and barely pays anything, wears down your car, schedule constantly changing like knowing where your going to be the day before, pretty much commission based not hourly, and working 12+ hour days while standing the entire time..everyone tries to be perky and friendly and get you excited to be there but really they want you to make your sales goals so they can take the majority of your profit. I just got the same email and message. The call just rings and rings then it goes into the fax machine tones. I wonder if they would like a visit? hmmmm

that is a mean thing to do especially in this economy.

It's 100% SCAM for sure!!! seems like there are lots of scams like this on careerbuilder.com
