Apparently you and I are both business owners and they are targeting our business, they don't sound menacing and there are options to connect with someone (whom? )  the are Nationwide Business Resources.

I'm talking to myself I suppose but I blocked my number and called them - Professional sounding outgoing message referred to themselves as  NATIONWIDE BUSINESS RESOURCES.
I don't know why they've called and why they're playing r&r for me but that's who they are.

ooops  the last call from 310 is 310-349-1986 (not 1976) but no one else has reported it so I don't know.

Got another one today, no message , lst 4 digits are different but 310-349-1976. I seem to be the only one who has gotten that call so I'm mentioning it here just to keep track of it with the number we've already submitted.

this was a weird one, whomever called from California left a music message "Fighting in the Fast Lane, she's surely going to loose her mind" from an old song. that's different.
I never pick up but at least they left a useless message.
