Haven't talked to them but everything is true they get your information somehow and try using it against you to call them back.

have had many calls and just today had them cuss me out so i told him i wanted to talk to his boss lol he pushed a button and then was the same guy so then he told me the sheriff would be tat my door so i said send them please lol what a joke last month same thing...... still waiting on the sheriff something has got to give!

An getting scam calls, they seem to know all my personal info, am going to report this to NYS attorney general

yes it is a scam i ti got phone call from same no. called back didnt go thru.. keep saying they will send police tp your house i told them i will be waiting., and i will report to ftc calls stop then a month later which was today got a phn clls sd contact shwan davis when return call didnt go thru..so yes it is a scam dont volunteeruour information if they dont already have it..its not going to stop if u tell them to they just going to continue..so if i was u get your no chang,, tell your emplyment dont send calls to you...

Been getting calls from Deputy John McClean saying a Fraud Claim has been filed against me and I am to surrender myself to local authorities or someone will show up at my home or place of employment for my arrest with a warrant.  He has called my place of employment demanding to know my schedule and calls my cell like 5 times within seconds of each other.... How can I get this to stop???  Really had me scared at first but believe it has to be a scam right??

Got calls from this number googled it and saw it was scam returned the phone call and asked them to stop calling me and a man who barely spoke English told me if I call him gain he would "sue me in court" what a joke! Be aware though it seems if they are calling you they have all your personal info!!! Social and everything!!

This guy keeps calling 10+ times a day says his name is Jack McClain do not answer they are scammers saying there is a lawsuit on your name and social and they tell you the last four of your social. They are using a magic jack number so beware do not give them any information

This guy called me so much and left me a message telling me I have a loan unpaid on some payday loan. This guys are scary because they got your information and threaten to sue you. I finally had enough and told them in a firm voice that if they don't stop I will file a complain against them. They won't even tell you what place you owed the money and said that I cannot contact them. Ridiculous ????

Guys, all day Friday, 27 times in one hour, repeatedly on my job phone, it's ridculous and I'm so angry I can't even think straight.  Then today, 29 calls between 11-2 on my work phone after telling, begging, cussing, and hanging up on about "DO NOT CALL ME AT WORK",  they do not care, they continue to say that they'll call as much as they want when they want.  I'm sick and tired of it.  I have filed a compliant with the Federal Trade Commission and applied to the Do No Call Registry.  Good luck to you all, we'll all make sure that these guys do not go unpunished

I have been getting threatening calls from this number claiming they'll sue I think it's due to a payday loan I did online.

This guy "Sean Davis" with an indian accent keeps caalling me as well he has gone from harrasing to threatning to show up at my door step post all my info online where everyone can steal my indentity, show up at my job and the he started pushing buttons on his phone in my ear and said are you enjoying our conversation . I just called a friend of mine at the local police dept I am going to press threatning and harrassing charges , it may not work but by God I am going to try!!!!!!

I am so tired of getting these phone calls from these foreign individuals claiming that there is a case pending against me or that I owe money and I need to return the call or have my lawyer contact them. I do not have time to waste for them calling my cellphone or my place of employment with this nonsense and this needs to stop. This is ridiculous.  Every couple of months they start with these harrassing calls and it is very annoying.  You can barely understand what the hell they say let alone they want to call with threats and all types of nonsense to waste my time.  There has to be a way to put a stop to this foolishness.  The number that John Mclain as he claims to be called me from was 310-361-4183.  When the hell is this going to stop?????

These are scam artist that call from a try to get money caliming that you have a case in a court.....They threaten harm and call constantly for a few weeks then it subsides for a month or so then they are at it again - these theives stold my bank account info - have my SS # and will repeat it to anyone they talk to. Have filed numerous complaints with the Federal Trade Comission but they just use another Magic Jack # and start over.
