I received several calls from them today 5/13/09 saying I need to give them my attorney information because my lawsuit will be executed tomorrow morning at the courthouse and it involves bank decption, fraud, failure to pay debts..  I keep hanging up on them.  the first call I told them to send me the information registered mail and hung up.

i got several calls from a funny talking guy about a payday loan in something about a lawyer in iam going to be sued or going to jail don't ignore this call i don't know where he got my number from unless he is looking for someone else but the calls are very iriting i want to call him back in tell him he has the wrong person or speak clearly i doubt very seriously it was for me but i know how those people can get i may just have to have my number changed

I RECEIVE A CALL ON MAY 4 2009 AT 6.AM FROM A GUY NAME EDSMOND NUNEZ STATING THAT I HAD A PAYDAY LOAN AND IF I DONT GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM HE WILL SEND THE POLICE TO MY HOUSE AND MY JOB. I DID APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE BUT BY ME NOT HAVING A CHECKING ACCOUNT THEY DID NOT PROCESS THE APPLICATION. THE GUY HAD THIS FUNNY ACCENT AND HE EVEN GIGGLE ON THE MESSAGE MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT ITS A SCAM.

i had this guy call with a hard indian accent. with all my information social address banking info even called the bank and got my bakance i will be closing all my acounts and going to a new bank or just puting my money into a safe. it was a all 0000 number. any one know the company or the origin or any new infor on fighting back on these guys

Got a call at work from some Asian sounding women - very time sensitive very important I not disregard and send them all information that they were requesting.  Finally got out of her that is was a payday loan that I didn't pay off -- never taken one out but work part time for a local company.  I asked for paper work supporting her claim.  At this point an Asian sounding man got on the phone saying the same thing that I would be arrested on my job and taken to jail.  I told him go for it then I could sue him and his company.  He said he didn't have to give me paper work either by mail of fax or email I told him then go ahead and arrest me.  I also told him the rules governing payday loans in my state.  He then said never mind and hung up.  I got the same message on my home phone and the display was 818-297-1231.  These guys just switch phones every few days or hours.  DON'T FALL FOR THIS MAJOR SCAM.

Just got the threatening call from 310-362-3127 that I had applied for a payday loan online.First was a lady that called from unavailable saying this was important matter and I should retain an attorney to call them back or have my attorney call back asap. Then when I called, I talked to a Steve Anderson who said that I had a bad check from Quick Cash and that the amount was $490.00 that was deposited into my checking account. I told him if I had this debt I would be more than happy to pay for it I wanted to call my bank first. Mr. Anderson said if I do not take care of this today then Quick Cash would take me to court at 11:00 Thursday. Called my bank there was never a automated deposit. When I called back to ask questions he did not have any answers. I called the corporate office of Quick Cash and the googled the number to find out this was a scam. Wow!

i received several calls from 513-699-2118 stating i owed money and that if i didn't pay he wished me luck, because i was going to be arrested.

I am so glad that I came on here and found this.  I was about to go to Office Max and fax my information.  The guy is very rude.  The one I supposedly talked to was Steve Anderson, but it sounded like a woman.  I apparently owed $375.30 to Quick Cash.  Interesting, I have had things in collections before and I always receive notices in the mail.  The red flag went up when this guy wouldn't even give me the contact information for Quick Cash.  Whatever, take me to court, you don't even have any of my information correct!  If you were from a collection agency you would know that I moved!  I am just so happy that I didn't fall for this one.

I received a call from this number saying I need to give them my lawyers information.. something about debt, bank fraud,.. I told them to send me information via registered mail and hung up.

I just receive the same call from someone he left this number 310-362-3127 (caller name Ron Kennedy) stating that I contact my atorney, they are coming to my job and lock me up.

Got a call from this number 310-362-3127 statinf I owed money and that they are coming to arrest me.  Found out it is a scam and they serve papers first.  They threatend jail time, that I ran out on the Debt.  SCAM

"Tony Shaw" is the name I was given. Phone #310-362-9322. This recording has called me 3 x's within the last 2 days. I called them back @ the number they left on the message, the 1st time it rang busy...I called right back & the second time it just kept ringing...no one answered. I currently don't have any outstanding pay day loans but I have used them in the past.  This "Tony Shaw" has very bad English & tells me this is time-sensitive either I or my attorney need to call them & and not to disregard his call...if I don't call them, which I tried, he wishes me luck in this matter.  I'm glad I found this post which let me know they are scammers.

i have received this call everyday for last three days saying i owed money to payday loan i never heard of demanding the either me or attorney call hin he sounded ruded.regional number called from 110073857323. he left the number to call back 310-362-3127. he has foregin asscent and he was rude im not returning his call or anything . they have to file in court and go to court before they can arrest them.

A local woman in my home town was a victim of this SCAM!!! she gave them her credit card number to "avoid taking this case to court".....she called the local PD and they are on this case...but are warning others about the scam.

Also...they same guy just called back and I as soon as I mentioned that I am reporting him to the FBI and BBB he abruptly hung up.

I just recieved a call from an individual stating that I was being sued by PayDay loans for a $500 loan that I didn't payback, which I know is not true because I borrowed $500 back in December 08 and paid it back within 1 week via EFT. At first I was scared when he said I was being sued, then after I he said that I could "resolve" this matter today by paying $500 I knew it was fradulant. Also, the caller ID was shown as "+0073857323". He spoke very poor english and said he worked for a "back office" for an Attorney's office. BS!

I received the same calls at work and at home and I was stupid enough to fall for this scam.  I did take out a payday loan but anytime I did this I know they were paid off and I did not agree to pay it on the 31st day.  They said I would go to jail.  When I called back they did not answer and when they called me back it was not from the 310-362-3127.  It was another number which I did not write down but it was not the number they gave me to call them back.  Anyway I was stupid and paid part of this but I put my debit card in as stolen so they cannot get the last payment.  They kept calling me even after I made arangements and one of the names was Marcus Fuller and there were two others.  They never knew what the arrangements were and desquised their voices even though I knew it was the same person.  Anyway they are due to take the rest of the money from my account on Monday and I reported my card stolen so they cannot get any more money from me.  Anyway I have gotten two other calls today saying I owe other companies money and the same threats, etc.  I was stupid enough today to believe them and then I did some tracing and found all of these scams for all of the places.  I am filing a complaint with the FBI, Better Business Bureau and any other place I can to get these people caught and have them put in prison for fraud.  I was in tears afterwards because I just was laid off from my job and knew I could not afford any additional money.  I am also done with pay day loans.  Do not take them out if you do not need them.

I just got a phone call today stating that I need to fax over a handwritten statement that I want to resolve this matter and I will be setting up a payment plan with them.  They wanted the last 4 digits of my husbands ssn number and that I could sign it.  I could hardly understand the guy.  One name given to me is a Mark Wilson.  Also, I contacted my attorney and he said to not give any information to them and if they want any more information, they can contact my attorney and fax all the needed documents over to their office.  I haven't heard anything back from them since.  Do not answer any of those phone calls from the number 007-385-7323 or call 310-362-3127.  They are scams out of Canada

I just received a call from these people on my job!! I hung up on them and they turned right around and called me back. i told them they are not allowed to call me here on my job and they said they don't need to follow the rules!!! First he called my cell phone and left a number of 310 362 3127 but the number came up 0073857323??? What the crap!? But yes it's a scam! I'm done with payday loans...believe me! I just got out of a consolidation debt with those things and i paid my last and final collector this month! If i can't make the money i won't borrow it any more! Especially if I have to deal with that! Good luck to all of you, don't fall for this mess. Just hang up on them and don't give them any of your info.

I have received the same phone calls stating I owe money to a quick cash and if I don't pay right then, then they are sending the police to my work and taking me to court for 6,500 $.  I have been told by the police department not to answer any of the phone calls.  I have not been to a quick cash so I know this is a scam and the police stated that if it is not, I will get a court date not arrested.  But they assured me that 99% this is a scam.  The other number they are calling me from is 007-385-7323.

I received a phone call from this number today and they said it was in reference to a payday loan I did in January of 2008 that had not been paid and I owed 678.00 and if I did not pay I would have to pay 7500.00 in lawyer fees since it was going to court in the morning, I have done those loans before but this company I have never heard of it was called quick cash, did you happen to call and see what they said to you?

I got a call from this number and I could barely understand the message left.  They said it was time sensative and wished me good luck if I didn't return the call or my attorney.

I have received 5 phone calls from this number and the voice that leaves a voicemail sounds altered.  I tried calling it back for the first time today and got a busy signal.  I believe this is a scam.

got a call saying something about time sensitive things having to do with some kind of lawsuit or something. I live in Texas and have no clue who they are or what they want. they won't answer the return call.
