I have received several calls today from this same number..i answer it and the guy with an Indian accent says my name is Adam from a some law firm..He says i have a lawsuit against me. I tell him that if i did then i would have something in writing saying that i have one. I told him to quit harassing me or i am going to report them to the BBB.

The same ppl call me and said I had 300payday loan but I didn't I reported it to the fraud department everytime they call I say police department how may I help you and then he hangs up real lame they are located in losangelos rampart village Pac west telecom is the provider for that number iam gonna call them

Have received SEVERAL calls from 310-362-3934! Some man with an accent that cannot speak good english is claiming I owe on a pay day loan. I am contacting the BBB to report this phone number as harrasment calls! Do not buy into this SCAM!

Sounds really real, but it is not, never got a payday loan and never will because it is a major ripoff. Some Asian guy who could not pronouce my name called and using bad language and demanding money to their company for an overdue loan.  Asked for his superviser and would not respond and kept ignoring request to speak with  management to stop calls.  Do not trust these people because they are foreigners and trying to victimize American citizens.

They keep calling my phone.  I offered them proof that I have never taken out a payday loan for 300.00 and they keep telling me I have..... I googled this law firm and called and asked they dont even have an attorney named Adam, which is what this guy says his name is.....I pulled my bank statement and double checked any transactions I didn't approve of.  They aren't any... they are a hoax......

I just received a call from the and they didn't even speak correct english, the were indian and when I asked for verification that I owed this money, they told me they would provide verification after I paid off the law suit and they said I had taken out a paid loan for 300.00 which I have not and I said I have not taken out a pay day loan for 300.00 so unless you can provide proof I did take out this loan then I am not paying.  They got mad and hung up.

They are from Liberty Bell Attorney offices, they are claiming, you have a lawsuit against your social security number for non payment of a payday loan.
