Total scam.  after about the 12th message in 3 days i looked the number up and saw it was a scam, so i called them back and called them out and started yelling at them, told them not to call again.  they called back 10 minutes later....twice.  I then called them back and went off, told them i was filing a police report for fraud and harrassment, called them a few choice names, and the guy started stuttering and asked for my forgiveness and told me I was scaring him.  He then hung up on me

I received the same calls from 310-362-9215. Unlike yourselves, I was naive and stupid and believed what they had said due to the fact that they had all my important information (ie. social, bank information, address and even knew the county I lived in). So I believed it to be a legit claim. "Patrick Johnson" from "ACS" the name the convict used. But stated it was a lawyers firm. Well they scammed $600 out of my family. When I was trying to call them to find out if they would be sending me a receipt of payment all I kept getting was a busy signal and found it odd. So then I got word from my best-friend who looked the number up showing what you all had to say, in turn my mother and step-father had to close their bank card and have a new one issued and the bank put a block on the company.

Now the kicker, when they didn't receive their final payment due last week they decided to call me yesterday from a new number (909) 743-5589. I ripped into them and asked why they were calling from a new number...we were moving offices they stated. Really? was what I said and was transferred to "Eric Matthews" who was going to record my call. I told him I was more then willing and he should keep it for record for when we show up in court. Because that was all they were getting from me.

I reported everything to the Pac West Telecom and they were in the works of getting the new number shut down. Sad thing is they will just get a new number and try the same bs again. The person I spoke to stated that these people are probably not even located in this country. I also spoke with my local Attorney Generals Office and I am to file a complaint. So this is what I'm doing, the agent I spoke to stated that if enough people place complaints, that would be the only way they will track down the source. So I am speaking out to other victims whom may have been scammed not just from a phone call, but also may have lost money because you were a "believer" as was I.

I got a message from Max Johnson from 3103629215.  He left me this message saying that if I didn't call him back I will have to face the consequences and good luck.  I did call him back and he threatened me by telling me that if I didn't give 1050.00 that day I would be picked up at my house and taken the court house at 11 am the next day.  Of course I was freaking out and asked him what payday loan company it was.  He could not give me that information  and kept telling me I had to give him my debit card information and fax over an apology letter.  First of all what collection agency makes you write an apology letter???  I hung up the phone and googled this number and found all kinds of messages from the same number.  he kept calling and harassing me  over my voicemail.  He did have my social which is really scary.  I had to cancel my checking acct and my debit card. He kept calling and leaving threatening messages until yesterday when he called me about 10 times on an unavailable # within 5 min.  I finally picked up and told him to leave me alone and knew this was a scam.. He then asked me where I was and told me somebody was on there way to come and arrest me.  I hung up on him.  Of course nobody did.  This guy needs to be put away.  What a jerk.

ok who are these people?I just got a phone call froma Harry.I couldn't understand one word he said.The number I called him back on was  410-775-5434 He said I needed an attorney.Something about a loan I have no loans.Its got to be ascam.

These people called my husband 8 times within 30 minutes yesterday. I finally talked to them after 9pm my time (which again violates the fair debt collection practice). I spoke with a guy and then was supposedly transferred to Jason Daisy the supervisor. He told me that I had to appear in court Monday morning with $9000 for a payday loan through a company that I had never heard of. I asked for a fax number and a physical address so that I could send them a cease and dissist letter so that they couldn't legally contact me by phone anymore. I couldn't understand the address they gave me but I think I got a good fax number. I'll be trying it shortly.

so not only did i also get the run around saying my references on file can bail me out of jail and that they will talk to my human resources tomorrw morning but when i was transferred to a guy saying he was jason diaz i asked for a sup and HE said ill transfer you to jason diaz same guy and the last eric guy i spoke with when i demanded and english speaking sup said budweiser yes i like them too and i sad no a supervisor and he kept goin off about budweiser i said someone higher than you then and he said thats hard to do he is 8ft tall and hung up on me i called and reported it to pac west and they are aware of all the calls and advised me to email the attorney general which i have

This guy called me at home and at work threatening me with dire consequences if I did not return his phone call.  His name was Justin Brook or Brock, it was hard to understand what he said.  He left 4 threateneing messages on my work phone and at least 4 times at home.  Never said what it was regarding and never did anything accept threaten me with "let the consequences unfold and it was on my head what happened next".  I called my lawyer but he hasn't gotten any information yet.  Gave me the 310 number and I decided to look it up on the internet and found all this information about it being a scam.  What some people crawl out from under a rock to do.

i got the same fone call !!! these b*****ds told me i had 1 hr to give them 500 and a notorized letter n fax it to them..im like helllo im at work i cant just leave  my job for u ..i ask them how come i havent received any mail they told me they emailed me haaa! and that i had to appear in court 11 am the next day...n that if i didnt go a warrent would be put out ...they kept avoiding my questions and being very repetitive..

these people have called from the phone# 5859190331 and stated to me "this is an extremely time sensitive manner" return the call or else all we can do is wish you good luck as this dire situation unfolds on you....it is a guy with an extremely heavy, indeciphirable accent-he called my cell phone# about 5 times yesterday within an hour (which violates the fair debt collections and practices act-i know the law somewhat :) leaving that exact same message verbatim....he previously called my mom's house telling me to call back a 619# (i did a reverse search online and found out about this scam....i have previously taken emergency payday loans and am certain that has triggered these bogus calls.....no discrepancies have occured in my bank account, (i always know how much $ i have)

but anyway the # they tell me to call is 310-962-3215 but the# on my caller id is 585-919-0331-someone please lock these losers up! :)

same here lol....i had a call to my mom's house from these same clowns lol....they target people who have previously taken payday advance loans.....just ignore them....it is a complete scam...they probably accessed  your info from having previously worked for a payday loan company...i think one of these dudes worked for one and has an inside connect or some crap....just ignore them totally....is it some guy with a horrible accent you can barely understand?

i got the same called they stated i owed money... i asked for paperwork they hung up on my and i called back asking for the creditors number... they hung up on me... i called again and they said dominos pizza... BUNCH OF B***S*** SCAMMERS

Yeah I called em back and toyed with him. Told him I was part of an investigation and that officers have been dispatched to your location for fraudelent activity. He got scurred and hung up.

Same here, they called me 8 times in one hour. and left 2 threatening messages that i needed to call immediately or contact my attorney and if I didn't then "Good luck in watching your dire situation unfold"  What the heck?

Yup I just got this same message..ridiculous..didn't respond.

I received a call from this number caller id was different.  They left me several threatning messages.  Said to callback 310 362 9215 immediately or my job was in jeopardy of being terminated once they send their legal papers.  The next message said "My a** was in a world of trouble and I need to call them".  They called out my social security number to my cousin!  I called to report the calls and was given several fictious names by the same person...Rick George, Julian Marshall, Jerry McMannis, Spencer, Jason Daisy, Eric Matthews).  Not sure who I spoke with....I asked for a supervisor-supposedly Rick George I let him hear all the messages left on my voicemail and was connected to the person that left them. He would not disclose his name and I would not disclose any information.  They kept hanging up on me and stated no one higher than a supervisor was there.  Later I was informed Eric Matthews was their senior attorney-he prev hung up also when I asked address and their company legal dept/attorney info. I asked for address and was given 1365 S-then of course they hung up. I ran a reverse on # but only located several previous escort services with this number....is is an active landline # in CA
