Hi guys (reader of my message).
 
         Some people might think that, S/He might owed a real debt considering the PAY DAY LOAN. I request every one who received a call from a debt collector regarding PAY DAY LOAN debt. Just judge them and answer, if they threaten you they will drag you to the court tomaro at 11:00am or whatever by the sheriff of your state, don't believe them that's fake.
         Ask them when did you apply for the PAY DAY LOAN ? what was the amount? we don't have these kind of information. never pay them or give your card info. they are scammed or fraud.
        You might receive a call from different no regarding PAY DAY LOAN debt but never never give them or afraid of them. We are not real, we are fake we cheat people. And also you can judge where the call is originated? All these debt collectors have a horrible or Indian accents, you can catch them here.
       I will share you my experience out here, I joined there as i was unaware of this scam thinking that it was just a call center as many call centers are here (INDIA), I (my pseudonym Brian) too threaten the customers and forced them to pay their fake debts, I felt guilty, i worked in this only for 2 months including training period, One day i called  a collected a sum of $800 from a senior who lives on social security, whose pay check arrives in the first week of every month. He too, is a physically challenged person. I realized what the terrible thing i have done. I'm so sorry and prayed for it for forgiveness and promised i will never work in this kind of company.
       Reader if you are from USA or CANADA, and if you can do something about this please. help your countrymen, if you are not, report to someone who can fix this kind of problem. Once i as an agent (collector) report you from Pune, City India. we have so many centers almost hundred only in Pune. and collect thousands of dollars everyday. Hope for the best.

I received this call on my home phone and cell phone telling me that I received a cash loan from cashnet or something like that. He was very hard to understand. I told him to mail me the info and I will check on it. He had my email address and my bank information correctly. He said that I needed to know that I had 3 charges against me and that I was going to be arrested. The total owed is over $5000. I have never gotten a loan for this amount from anyone. He scared me so bad that I cried for hours when I finally realised I needed to check this out. They keep calling me and won't stop.
My question: How do I get them to stop calling me. I can not handle all the threats they are doing. Please someone tell me what to do. Thanks.

This man who threatens to take me to court from the 310-362-9224 number says he is Shawn Alex (or maybe Adams) he has a horrible accent

Calls asking for Roger Heflin heavy accent, some of the conversation is garbled and lost. Threatens that jf you do not call back he can only wish you the best of luck with your situation. Then when you call back you continue to get a busy signal.
This man has also called from 415-200-0244. It is located in San Francisco CA, a landline and the carrier is T-Mobile USA. INC according to the research I did on the computer trying to trace it.
The 310 number is coming from Los Angeles CA, is a land line and the carrier is Pac-West Telecomm, INC CA

Called and said I had to call them back asap. said me or my lawyer has to return the call or i would go to jail. then when i called back the number didn't work!!!

SAME PERSON OR I SHOULD SAY PERSONS JACK,ROBERT,MAX THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME THEY CALL MY JOB AND HARRASSES ANY ONE WHO PICKS UP THE PHONE. I HAD TO HAVE MY MANG.TALK TO THEM BUT THEY WONT STOP CALLING I DONT KNOW WHAT I CAN DO I KNOW ITS A SCAM, THEYB SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SEND THE SHERIFFS OF CALIFORNIA NOT EVEN THE ONES IN THE COUNTY I LIVE IN LOL WELL I HOPE THEY STOP

I just got a call from this number.  Said I was due in court on Monday, but I needed to pay money if I wanted to correct the situation right now.  Scary.  He even called my work and had my entire social security number and family member names.  Wish I had googled this first before calling him.

Same M.O. as all the comments above.  He has the last 4 of my social, account information, and names of people I know.  Heavy accent, hard to understand.  Threatens that the police will come pick me up at my work or residence.  Using the last name of Stewart and says that he is calling from a law office in Los Angeles, CA.  He never actually took my lawyers information but the threats did get more intense everytime I told him that I had a lawyer.  I have had my banking account flagged, notified the social security office and called Equifax, Eperian, and the other one to have my credit flagged.  Matter of fact, I am about to call this jack*** back and have him google his own number so he can see this post.  I'd also like Mr. Stewart to know that I still have the number to the federal agents who investigated my friends ex husband for FEMA fraud and that I will be getting in touch with them today to see just what it is I need to do to press charges on Cashnet and "Mr. Stewart" for fraud and harrassment.  Screw with enough people, sir, and eventually you will screw with the wrong one.  Have a nice day :)

Not sure cannot understand what he is saying asked if this was my ssn# it was wrong and ask if this was my e-mail and it was wrong has called me at work and on my cell phone said that i would be taken to court it was a situation that needed taken care of? but could not understand the situation.

the call was a very threatening call, he wanted to speak to me or an attorney.

I received a voicemail from a gentlemen claiming to be kenneth morrison, the voicemail stated i needed to return the call now and take care of it because charges will be pressed against me, sd he was an attorney, the caller id came up  941 961-8518 which is a ghost # (blocked/disc) When I called the 310 362-9224 it rang and rang, i called eleven times before getting through.  The male was very difficult to understand he used the name jason connor this time.  Claims i had outstanding debt with Cashnet and wanted me to pay over phone, when I told him i would get an attorney and requested written documentation of this he told me dont worry about it he would investigate and call me back he then ended the call.

Says his name is Bushell Johnson, he states "Return the call NOW, if you do not I wish you the best of luck with your situation". He called from 941 961-8518 which is a disconnected Verizon wireless phone. When I called the 310 362-9224 it is either busy or rings a lot and then goes to a busy signal.

I received a call from a number that displayed on my caller ID as 941-961-8518, when I do a search for this on the web, there are blogs like this one about the same person with a thick accent threatens to call to police and claims you owe money.
He gives the callback number as 310-362-9224, this time he used the name Kenneth Morrison

This caller claimed to be "Matthew Fuller" Thick Russian Accent. Claiming to call on behalf of Sonic Cashnet. He claims that I requested a payday loan in 2008 and have failed to pay on it. He urgently requests that I have my attorney contact him, and that if I fail to do so court officers will come and arrest me at my home and/or my job.
