This number appears to be active again, more threats of lawsuits etc. I think they get lists of people who might have had debt or other problems so they are vulnerable to this venom that they spit at you. Always check any unknown numbers on the internet!

I keep getting alls from this number at my work. They are relentless. who can I report this to?

I was getting calls from an American sounding people saying that they were going to serve me with legal documents for a payday loan.  Then about 2 days ago these calls from these Indian people are coming back again.  I guess we will never get rid of these scammers.

Just got another call from "Richard Husa" about the legal charges that are pending against me.  This time I strung him along a bit to see how much money he wanted for this all to go away.  $345.36 and they would "drop the lawsuit".  Awesome.  All I had to do was FAX him a copy of my drivers license, and my credit card (very kind of him to accept MC, Visa, AMEX, or a debit card) and he would "make this all go away".  When I explained to him that I don't have a credit card or driver's license he said his superiors would wave the obligation of me sending a copy of my license but I must get a pre-paid credit card IMMEDIATLY!  I then asked him what would happen if I told him that he could just "kiss my @**" and he got quite angry and told me that I would end up paying $6000.00 or $7000.00 in court.  I guess I'll be going to court soon.  LOL!!!!!!!

He told me his name was John Anderson. Got a phone call from same guy about 2 months prior threatening me with a lawsuit for a "payday loan" he claimed I got. He even gave me the name of the bank I had been using and the account number to the debit card associated with it but I got him good. Told him that the bank he mentioned did not allow payday loans or ACH debits unless they were through them theirselves and they no longer were allowed by the Federal government to do so and that if he persisted to bother me either at home or at work I would be filing charges with the FTC and the FCC.  They left me alone for two months.

Yeah I got a call from the same number while I was out.  A message was taken and I called "Richard Husa" back inquiring what it was about.  Same deal as you folks above, lawsuit pending, three different charges, blah, blah, blah.  I just told the smuck to go ahead and sue me.  Have been called back since.  Maybe I'll call him back again and this time mess with his head a bit.

I just recieved a call from from 310-405-6187 stating they are a Law Firm and I have criminal charges against me.  Very interesting.   This number is a scam and I called back inquiring and he was very nasty and hung up on me.

and they call go ahead and call them back and have some fun. when asked for your attorneys information go ahead and tell them you are proceeding pro se (on your own behalf). a good minute while he tries to continue asking about your attorney and figure out what pro se is, although he admits he want to law school.

I just received several disturbing phone calls from 310-405-6187 on my work phone and my cell claiming to be representing a law firm for a said client and that I owe money for a loan that I know I never had and from a company that I never heard of until today. They said I was being sued, then when I started questioning him he refused to answer any of my questions except for the amount and that I can pay it now but when I asked what is the date of this loan supposedly being taken out and he said he couldn't give me that information and that if he got that information then I would be sued and I said to myself if you claim to be a lawyer and you tell me that I am being sued than how does him giving me the answer to the question makes me get sued it made no sense to me. If he is a lawyer then he would have had everything right in front of him. Long story short, there are all kinds of scams out there so guard your pocket books and wallets like you would your children. Be blessed

A voicemail was left on my phone for somebody who does not even work at my company.  The caller's name was Ben Stuart (with a strong accent), and he left the following message:   "This is a serious message.  I need you or a retained attorney to call me back.  Don't disregard this message -- you need to return the call.   If you don't return the call or I don't hear back from your attorney, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you."     I don't need these kinds of messages left on my voicemail....

Received a call from Daniel Scott 310-405-6187, same old mumbo jumbo.  This is the second call this week, different person, different number.  I wish these people would just fall off the face of the earth.  How can they sleep at night?  I never return these calls.

The same here they called said that they a putting charges agenst me in LA. So I reported this to the FBI.

says you owe money on a loan and wants you to send a money order. people keep calling and getting hateful. people have a heavy accent and when you ask their name they jumble it. they hang up if you say your police.
