Seriously? If you look at their site, there's no place to register, yet they have a place for username and password, they say homeowners can post jobs, yet there's no link to do so. The ONLY thing they allow is for you to hand over your money!! THIS IS A SCAM... STAY AWAY!!

Sad to be caught up in an obvious scam but they are good and covered all the legal ends so that they cannot be sued. Watch out!

hey Chris, Just want you to know, that i did recieve my background check, I just requested it and I got in within a couple days, Also they have been pretty good about sending work, and i have not paid for one lead!!!! Hey you can not beat that in this encomy. I diffiently glad I got involved after being screwed by bid clerk that scam cost 79 dollars a month,,, srew that sh_t.

been with this company for over 2 years I had to pay for a background check too, but I did get work and still get leads, The gals there been always helpful, maybe you are talking about the wrong company,

That's a false statement. I wondered the same thing after I started my background check with this Company I just called and requested if I could have a copy for my own records and received it within 2 days.

wow you should of got involved and maybe you would have got some work!!!! like myself and others... I do not know dude, but I have always had to pay for work weather leads or advertsing, and they are not charging you for work you should do your homework brfore shooting off at the mouth, they should sue you for slander...................

I just got a call from these low lifes too! I have been looking for a job for a week and a half now and this is the third scam I have avoided! Thank God! I jus want to warn everyone if you get a call from a "company claiming they have work for you but you just have to pay for a screening or pay to take a class, There all scams. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY FOR WORK!!!! Contractor trades or contractor trade link, or contractor trades.net, there all scams! And people wonder why there are so many broke people in the US. It's because of these f-ers Scamming us! Always beware of scammers. If it seems too good to be true, it's because it is!

this number also calls my husband and like everyone else i get music when i call back. if anyone finds out anything about this number please(post) let me know. I don't find it funny and I'm sure this person(people) won't find it funny when i find them.

I also want to let you know that I sent some emails as an aplogy for my actions yesterday and I'm not sure if you seen them. I know you gtot them because I got replies from all fo them ut it said the same thing frm yesterday. I don/'t know if you hae a person reading them or just the computer. That was the only email I knew becausse it was the only one from the emails from yesterday. I guess I should put that attn: thing you suggested but I wanted to put it directly to the lady to runs suppot because she the one that called. I added extra apologies through email because I wasnt' sure if I was suppppose to send them to this site becaus this is where I posted or by email, but I figured this site,but just to be sure. It shows that yhou are reasonable, it shows you guys are figiving, to be honest I truly felt guilty when igot that call and I still do. also yesterday when the refund was resolved I thought to immediatly send another email to you apologizing for the previous email and posts on this site. I thought I wouldn't because it was alright or atleast I thought it was because I got my refund. I realize I was wrong to ignore that there was still the possibly that you guys whould have taken offense to such an email. I had no right to just ignore your feelings or the feeling of guilt I felt yesterday. I shouldn't have taken that so lightly like it was just going to blow over. The other reason why I wanted to apologize for the fifth time was because the lady just said to apologize four times and they won't sue but I want to show that I'm not just doing this to not get sue. You were wrong t his isn't a scam and I found that out the hard way. I thought I was stupid yesterday for falling for a 'scam' but not I feel stupid, ignorant, and foolish for even believe this was even a 'scam'. These are honest people and I just said something untrue about them. I even emailed them saying they were jerks althought that was before I got the refund I was still long to even jump to that conclusion. I got scared. I now realize the the others peopple's post were a result of them not getting the job, I shouldn't have reliad on them as a reference I am truly sorry for creating such a mess. I have got my self into messes before but never like this, I'm really sorry peopel of contractor trades. You are a good company as far as I know and didn't deserve this slandar no matter what the circumstances or excuse. I hope you accept this humble apology. I truely have learned my lesson and I'm a fast learner  althought I should have known better to even do such an act in the first place but I'm sorry none the less. this is coming straight from the heart, I rehearese it in my mind so I know what to say. I was anxious all day because I knew I had till the end of the day.

I have a cleaning service and an ad post on ebay but not on craigslist. I thought to do it but while I was signing up I realize I might have to pay for it and i didn't want to risk paying because I had no money so I cancelled it, but every time soemone calls me they say they saw it on craigslists but I can't take it off because I don' thave a member ship. I guess I shoudl try anyways if I want to avoid another scam.

I wnat to report a scam by a company called contractor trades I reserached them but not till after I gave out my card number to my bank account. i should have asked them their company name and tell them I will calle them back but it happened so fast. I got this call from this guy and before I can reply he said really quickly a job foffer to clean these homes and a number I didn't catch. that how they lure you in to get them to call them back, I just wanted a phonenumber and they offered me a job. 200-600 dollars it too good to be true It didn't occur to me either that they directly withdraw the cash. If that wasn't the case i could havegotten the chance to say no and refuse to pay the check.
I have been given scams on junck mail before and never fell for them before so I feel stupid because this scam was no diff thenthe ones I got by email. the fact that it was sent by junk mail and the wron website should have trew me off and it did, I got a bit suspicious and called them again but it didn't matter  cause they took my money out anyways. How can I fall for something so obvious.

It a scam and I felll for it I gave thme my card number, I asked who they were casue when they asked for the card number I got supicioous and wanted to look them up but I gave tem my card number before I got that chance. It happend soo fast. I should have kjnown frobecause the guy who called me was a machine noat a person adn I wasn wondering how a machine could call me. He talkd too fast to get the number I just called to find out who it was but instead they just offered me a job It was too good to be true.  UI didn't kjbow they directly draw out themoney I thought I was supoose to send them a checkso I figured if Idecide not to take it I could refulse to pay it, but I never got the chance to check it out.

If you have placed an ad on craigslist recently for some kind of skilled trade or houshold services, these folks will call you and attempt to scam you by offering you some work on "properties they have in your area". IT IS A SCAM... dont go for it. They want you to pay for a $99 background check before you can "get started". Give them your debit card number and your out $99  OR MORE.  Just hit Ignore and erase the voicemails. All they want is your debit card number.
