This man just called from a 707# he yawned most of the time and when I questioned him he got real nasty then put me on hold... I hung up before he got back on...sounded Hindu to me

I have been continually harrassed by a man who calls himself Joe Brown saying there is a warrant out for my arrest. This is a fraud. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED NOW!!!

i have recieved a call from this num many of times telling me that i have a warrant for my arrest in california i have never bn to california.he says the warrant is for forgery and fraud but i call the number back and it says the number has bn disconnected

I got a similar call and similar message today around 4pm he stated the same " Dont disregard this call if I do the only thing I can do is wish you good lucj as the situation unfolds before me. Lol first of all I could barely understand what he was saying I had to listen to my voice mail a million times just to get what he was saying. He called me Daniel and thats not my name its Danielle lol. Hilarious, this is the second time this has happened. The first compamy was Morgan and somthing law firm. I will not be calling them back , they can call all they want to but I will definitely be reporting and recording all our phone conversations to hand over to the police. They must be doing worse when it comes to finding a job so they are scamming people lol all we can do is pray that they will eventually get caught and put in jail.

I have have the same calls in the past week 5 times !! WTF I did apply for a online payday loan 3 days before this started happening and then they started calling everyday. I am extremely angry and would like to have the police come to there door !!!! What can we do.????????????I have the recordings and dates form the F*****S and the numbers called from logged from verizon  !!!!! They are even calling my Friend about me ............

Yes I kept getting these messeage also and it  is getting out of hand. They told me they were going to send cops at my employment. Told them to do so. They say  I owe money but I know i don't

I have rec'd these calls from him as well. He left a message saying "Don't disregard this call...if you do, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds before you" I will contact the FBI  FTC and BBB and will notify my lawyer as well. It was a guy with a heavily accented voice that sounded prehaps Indian culture. He said his name was Joseph Daniels. He was threatening when he left the message.I now have a new number calling, different voice, but same thing with knowing all of my info and SSN. THe new number is 410-449-0238 and it has called me up to 7 times in one day, and leaving a message on only one day. Same accent, but does sound to be diff person. I will report to police as well and hopefully they will catch these creeps!n He said as soon as I got the message, and not to delay or ignore the call, to have either myself or my attorney call him. If not, he was wishing me good luck in whatever unfolds. Some of the message is not distiguishable due to his accent and the way it recorded on my cell.

This man needs to be put in JAIL.  He's been harassing me for several weeks now, and keeps getting meaner and meaner.  He's been harrassing my coworkers too (going as far as to call one of my supervisors a b**** when she told him I wasn't there for the day and that he wasn't allowed to call my work's number anymore), and I'm getting quite tired of it.  Today he called and left a message with my manager, giving her this number and saying that he was from the Dept of Justice (FYI the Dept of Justice for California is in Sacramento, NOT LA!!).  I called him back when I got into work and told him that he was a fraud and a scam and that I didn't want him to call this number back.  I kept asking for his name, telling him that I wanted it so that I could give that and the number he gave me to my lawyer and he kept repeating my personal information to me.  I told him that if he did not stop, he would be sued.  He got nasty with me and told me I had five minutes before he would take out ALL the money from my bank account.  I hung up on him after calling him some rather unpleasant names and called my bank.  Mr. John Smith is now blocked from my bank account and they've been warned about my current situation and told me they'd keep an eye out on it...now that is MOST awesome.  What is even MORE awesome, is that I KNOW people who work for the FBI, and fully plan to give them this number...what this man is doing is *illegal*.  If I can't get my buddies at the FBI to help me out, I'll make sure my lawyer does.  DON'T listen to this man, DON'T give him any money and DON'T let him scare you.  He's a bunch of bull and one of these days karma's going to turn around and bite him in the a$$!!!

Just got this call from a heavy accented woman. Same scripit as the other  numbers I have been reporting.. Darn these souless  parasites! This is very frightening.

I have also been receiving numerous calls from this number threaten to take me to court for an unpaid amount of $289.52 (that I never received) and after court charges be totalled to $5289.52. When I would ask questions about the company he (Alex Watson, heavy accent) would start screaming and ranting at me. So I called my bank and they put a block on my account so no body can touch it besides me. The bank said to go to the sheriffs/police department and have a deputy listen on speakerphone with you when you call this company for information. Have the police do a report on the situation. Take the police report and the bank statement to an attorney and file fraudulent charges again the company and sue for identity theft. We are starting the process today because they threaten to black out social security number (which I have no clue how they could do it), garish wages and lose job. I defiantly don't feel comfortable that they have all this information and can use it to their advantage for whatever reasons. I will be updating comments during this process. They call me at least twice aweek different names same indian accent. I have called the general attorney's office and also the FCC. There is nothing the general attorney's office can do but the FCC can. I was told do not answer any of their calls. If you do by no means do not give them any information. It is all a scam.

They are calling my client and I had already reported to FTC and BBB about this fraud. They will be tracing them down.

I got a call from a Joesph Daniels (heavy accent) from this number and told me to call back to findout why, so i did and got a guy that said that i got a Cash Advance in April 2010 and was deposited in my bank account with Chase bank when i didn't even have an account with Chase back last year. And the loan companies will not just write off the amount they will call you first to make any arrangments for a repayment. So this is a SCAM, i have applied for advances but hadn't gotten any. I had them call other times with saying that i got the loan in 2006 here in CA, but i wasn't living in CA in 2006 and the bank that they said i had i didn't have at that time, i didn't get it until 2009. And another time it was a loan that i got in 2010, from a bank that i haven't had sinces 2005, so this is all BU***HIT! and nothing but a scam to get money from the hard work Americans.

i also recieved one of these calls this morning at 7:00am eastern time...i did not get to talk to this man because i was in the shower but its the same exact thing...He said his name was Dan Wilson in the message...HE IS CALLING AGAIN AS I AM WRITING THIS...he also stated that it was important i get back to him because it was a time sensative issue and i need to contact a laywer...he also stated in the meassage that he wishes me luck because i cant win this case in court and to have a nice day...What b***s***! i never even got a loan..i filled out a application and all but never recieved any money for any companies...I will be reporting this aswell to whoever needs to know about it...It is a scam and due to the fact they have our socials they basically have us by the balls in some way because if its not this it can be used for something else...FRAUD!!!!

This number called me claiming to be Dan Wilson and said very similar things...he had all my information which is very scary...I'm reporting to the FBI.

A very heavy accented man called my mother!!!! He was rude and told the receptionist, he was from the federal building. When my mother answered, she told him I didn't work there, he hung up on her.

I received a phone call as well from a man named Dan Wilson who claims to be a lawyer from the department of lagal Affairs. He told me that i owe for a loan wich i never received. He also told me that I would have to go to court in San Francisco and if I did not show up then they would issue a warrant out for my arrest. And they would contact my emplorer and that i would get more information when i hear from my employer. Do not worry. I called the police and filed a report against this phone number and the Police Officer instructed me that under any circumstances, do not send them money. And that if indeed you do receive a court subpoena make sure it is legitimate. Do not give them any information other than what this Dan Wilson or whoever already has. Most likely you filled out an online cash advance application which was sould to many cash advance companies and this is how your information was acquired. It's fraud. Respond to it like fraud. Something needs to be done at a federal level.

I did some research and something can be done to stop these people from other possible victimizing events. Please do not hesitate to report them to The Federal Trade Commission at (202) 326-2222. With just one complaint is not enough to take it seriously. Please help me to help you do something about it.
