So, I think this is a bogus number that really is in California instead of Va Beach.  There are no properties associated with this telephone number either, that I can find.  It's supposedly a 'Level 3 Communications' VoIP number so I reckon they can be sitting anywhere and look like they're in Va Beach.  

Anyway, they say they are from the processor's office.  They never state who they are, their name or company name.  Just that they are with the processor's office.  I've dealt with this crap before and they just give you a number to call to speak with a 'lawyer', who doesn't state who they are with unless you ask several times.  They don't say what it's for except that if you pay XXXX amount your bill is paid and it's supposed to be WAY less.  

I am filing for bankruptcy and the man kept insisting that this wasn't covered by that.  My student loans, I KNOW who collect those as I speak with them on a regular basis. I've also emailed my lawyer, I've told this man that if they keep calling me we will counter sue as they are harassing me.  These folks call my cell phone, my kids' cell phones, my father's house, my ex-husband's cell.  How can you serve papers over the phone?  One time they said they had illegal papers to serve.  I'm sorry but what Sheriff's office is going to warn you they are coming over - and guess what, never show up?  Especially at like 5 different locations at the same time?!?

SCAM.

I know what my bills are, and I have court on Tuesday for bankruptcy. So please cease and desist any more calls to my cell phone.

Irritating yes, but Centura college isn't the scam you think!. I worked in financial aid and the obstacles we have to go through to be in compliance with the GOVERNMENT is crazy! To the person who stated that you "lose" your pell money; more likely the reason why you lost it was due to verification - which is a process ALL SCHOOLS  (from Centura to Harvard). Long Story short: you put information on your fafsa that doesn't make any sense, more likely you will get selected for it.  Please get your info right.

Telemarketer (or phishing scam) "Insurance rates have dropped. Would you be interested in getting an insurance quote?" Maybe selling insurance or phishing for identity information. I hung up and submitted a do not call registry complaint. Eventually they'll get the message.

I got a call and it turns they are educational management  resources. They are some how associated with Sallie Mae Services. Basically they are collection company for the government. I had a loan that I thought was still on deferment and apparently it lapsed. They hounded me till I logged onto Sallie mae and put my acct back on deferment.

Keep getting calls from this number. They never leave a message. Tried calling back...mailbox is full.

I've been getting this number on my cell for the past couple weeks.  I just called it back and got the voicemail for Educational Resources but the mailbox was full.

On my CELL PHONE!!! I get CHARGED for that!!! avian mechanics school or something. ugh - where do they get my number?

phone rangs, nothing is on caller id. i answer and all i hear is some s**t annoying sounds!

ive been getting this call about every day, i dont answer and mostly hit reject. i get like 2 last numbers of some random phone number and thank you! on my voicemail being the person or computer always starts speaking upon me pressing a button on my cell phone. called me 3 times just today. starting to get annoyed so think we need to report this or do something about it. it's annoying, invading and wrongful i think personally.
typed the number in on google and find practically a blog dedicated to it. lol its sickening.

Lets all mail the fcc! Maybe we can get them a nice fat fine for the annoying phone calls.

just started getting calls from 757-216-6617 the last week on July 2009. pick up and no one answers. Ive tried calling back but its a voice mail for Education Services. Let a nasty message. I never heard of them and hopefully never will.

Just started getting calls from this number.  No voice mail though, glad I didn't pick it up.  Nowadays I don't bother picking up unless I recognize the number, thats the beauty of voice mail.  BTW, no affiliation with aviation whatsoever....the plot thickens.

No aviation background here.  This number called me for the first time this morning and woke me up. I hope I am not in for the repeat calls that everyone here talks about...

I inquired about an A&P license with an Aviation School in Manassas Virginia. Gave them my info and a couple weeks later these people started to call but when I answer they hang up. Tried calling them back but the mailbox is full. Will file a complaint with the Aviation School.

They call me every afternoon! I can't get them to stop. UGH...

They've been calling me all the time for the last two weeks. I became very frustrated and obtained the address of the place and I found out it's literally right down the street from me. (7000 Military Highway in Norfolk, VA)  There's no Educational Resources board there. Just a used car auto lot, an abandoned store, and a 7eleven.

They call every day 5 times a day. They leave no message. I'm on the Do not call list. This does no good.

anyone had any luck stopping this harrassment? I am on the do not call list too but that's obviously a joke. Does it help to call that company directly?

I put the address into Earth Google and it brings you to a car dealership. It's a phony address. Either that or they operate in the dealership.

No name on caller id. Second time I have gotten a call from them. Going to follow Roberts lead if they call any more.

Crap like this is unacceptable.

I thought I was the only one getting harassed by this phone calls... I find this site and it proves me wrong. This guys are a real nuisance calling twice even three times a day for more than a month on my cell phone. Maybe I should send them my phone bill for all the minutes they've charged me. Hopefully somebody will take care of this law breakers.

then i called back another 5 times until they asked me to stop calling i ask them how they like it.

2 calls just today, 3 rings then a hang up.  No name on caller ID.

THEY CALL FROM 6AM TO 11PM AT NIGHT ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING

I get an average of 5 calls from this number a week. Same annoying, screaching sounds. Very frustrated with these people. I wonder what comes up if you google earth that address above.
