sounds like a robo dialer -
I think that they are trying to work their way around the TCPA by having you enter in the number of the member that contacted you - therefore establishing a business relationship and consent.

This number called me this morning at 10:10 AM. It showed as "California Call." Left no message. I called back a few times and got the following recording: "You have reached Lawcentric. If you would like to be removed from this service, please press 3 at any time," after which it disconnected. I have no idea who these people are. I Googled their name, and came up with the following link: http://www.cdrex.com/lawcentric-limited-5354598.html
Don't know who they are or what they were after. I don't answer the phone unless it's from a number I recognize. Never can tell what kind of weirdos are trying to get a hold of one.
