They are calling me and saying the last 4 of my social and that they are sueing me for check fraud,and theft.

I am getting harrassing calls from this number saying that I am being sued for fraud for count 1, count 2 and count 3.  I do not know what it is for, I have done nothing wrong

they are very big scammers from india.dont trust them they are debt collecters.some one by the name dean marshall call me and tell me to pay mo0ney.they are f****ng officer.

report them to the better business. it is unlawful to call at work. i have reported them myself and it still continues. tell them they are being recorded and they will quickly hang up

They called me within 10 mins with 2 different messages. I called back looking for a English speaking rep and the guy just changed his voice twice then changed it to a girls voice. I hate these guys.

Called me stating I owed them money which I never borrowed. Called them back stating I contacted the FTC and reported them for extortion, fraud, and identity theft. Told them I was having them recorded to give their statements to the FBI. They told me they would not call my number again and hung up in me. I immediately called them back and told them they were in serious legal trouble and once again they hung up. Im going to cancel my checking account immediately.
Nothing was taken from me but the fact that they knew my SSN and account number is scary.

This is a BIG SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gotta call too, saying it was due to a lawsuit for a loan I had gotten, total amount owed 452.62 had the last 4 of my social security but no more information.  No way has this happened, no loan, no money owed.  I am worried about the fact they have my social.

They call my house talking about they were sueing me for something that I had nothing to do with . I have tried to block them from calling my house but everytime I block the number they call from they call from another number .

This number called me and had my social security number and said it was due to criminal charges. This is a scam. They wouldn't send me any information.

they called my workplace and left this number. Said he was officer Peter Johnson with Fincen. He said it was a criminal matter. I have not done anything criminal. I think it is a collector for a very old account.

They kerp calling saying I owe Money

keep getting calls saying I owe money and I do not.
