Received two phone calls today (1 @ work & another on my cell), guy with very thick Indian accent named "David Jones" said he was with the Legal Avidavit Processing Unit with the Restitution Department of U.S. National Bank in California.  He proceeded to inform me that a payday cash loan that I applied for on the internet in '06 was never paid and started demanding payment immediately or I would have to go to court tomorrow at 1100am and then be charged with fraud, theft, etc.  He had ALL of my information.  He read the last 4 digits of my social security number to me.  That was a light bulb because normally you have to read it to them.  He had my bank account information.  I was also ordered to fax an apology letter to "Mark Brown" at (949) 743-5831.  I was suspicious from the very beginning and started asking questions like can I you fax the paperwork on the judgement that was against me.  This is when he started gettng forceful.  He said no.  I asked for his office address and he said he wasn't allowed to give it to me.  He then tried to tell me if I paid half of the original amount now and the rest later, it would be ok.  I told him I would call him back and hung up.  Then I went home and started searching on the internet.  These guys are frauds - do not believe them - do not send them ANY money!!!  I am going to my bank and asking there advice, and am also the credit bureaus.

Hello! I am reciving phone calls from the same number at work and home. This man is rude and has no information on the current loan that I am supposed to be paying back. I asked for information on the loan and all he could say is that it was taken out in 2006 and i needed to pay 364 now and the rest later. I told him I couldnt afford 364 right now that if he gave me an address or website I would make payments every two weeks and he said no this was my only option. he then got nasty and said that would be prosacuted tommarow at 11am. I was kind of worried but im looking up the number and I see more than one web site that people are saying the same information

Just got the same call a few minutes ago and everything that the other people wrote is what happenned to me. I cancelled my debit card and called him and let him have it. Thank you all for the heads-up

What none of you (the majority from what I've read) realize, is that these people HAVE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION from when you filled out a payday loan application Why not post where you left your financial infomation so you can figure out which site is either fake, corrupt, or a security risk?

i also got a call from this #, once from a guy named Alex  and another from a guy named Warren Smats  who are both of Indian decescent.  They told me to pay them $800 to "settle out of court" with an apology letter to them stating that it was my fault that this had accured. After asking for the bank at which I supposed to had taken out this loan at they could not give me any information. Thanks to everyone for posting your experiences as this has been a big relief because I had no clue as to what was going on. I am going to inform the cops and all my friends and co-workers to beware.

Yeah I recived the same phone calls from this number a man namend jack roberts, very rude he keeps calling my house and job.  I told him if i did owe this money to give me an address or a web site so i can make payments, he says there is no address or website, he can not except payments only 600 dollars up front or i will be prosacuted.  I am so glad to see there are other people getting theses phone calls, I have been so worried.  If anybody has yahoo messanger that wanttand.s 2 talk about this let me know. we should all call these people together.  I also asked him to speak to someone i could understand. I told him if he keeps calling my job i will that i would not have a job. this man needs to get in trouble for harrassment and scaming others.

I got a call from a man with a very very strong accent asking for a call back or else good luck with my Lawyer.

I called him back (no name) at 310-494-0291
and he said that he was with the California Courthouse and
charges were being filed against me for bank fraud because I
did not pay back $300 in 2006. He has my ss#, Bank Acct no. and
work phone and e mail info.

After the conversation unfolded and I understood the allegation,
I realized that he was asking for $5000 to pay back an alledged debt
of $300.  Consequently, I told him to GET A REAL Job and stop scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I received a call from this number on my cell & work phone.  The guy (Sean Hudson) had an accent and was very hard to understand.  As in the earlier post, he also stated that USA Bank had a claim on me for not paying back a pay day loan.  This is the first I've heard about not paying back a payday loan.  Certaintly if this were true, USA Bank would've contacted me before now.

A verry RUDE man calling himself Sean Hudson with an undeterminable accent calls my home and demands me to pay $600 right now I will wil be sued tommorow. I say no because am not in dept and haven't ever borrowed any money from USA BAnk or cash now payday loans as he is claiming.  This man has my bank number and at least the last 4 of my social because he gave them to me in an attempt to get me to trust him. He goes on to say that I had better pay him right now or be in court tommorow then, I say OK when and were now he doesn't know when "they" will call me. I'm like "they" who??? He wont tell me. I say well give me the number to UAS bank or this payday loan company he sais "they" don't want to speak to me unless I pay $600 dollars right now


Well Sean Hudson and "they" can both kiss my behind because I don't owe anyone anything!

A gentleman with an foriegn accent has been calling my home and work leaving messages saying return this call asap to 310 494 0271 you call imediately the case is being downloaded against, good luck to you i am not sure what is going to happen.

Very strange, it is very difficult to understand what this guys is saying but i find it out that he has both my home and work #.
