Wow... 310 495 4317.  No message left, so I can only assume it was a telemarketer.
I  dialed the # and got this message:

" Thank you for calling back.  If you are not interested in receiving any future calls regarding our special promotions and would like to be placed on our do not call list, please press one"
The message never mentioned a company name,  repeated three times and then disconnected the call.  

In can therefore only assume that the caller is unscrupulous and should be avoided

again they got blocked..stupid losers dont get it.

I just got a call from this number asked if I was the owner of my number and said I won a 25,000 dollar shopping spree from direct buy, wanted me to go somewhere to pick it up (right) told them was not interested

got the same call just now so hard to hear them I told them not to day

rec'd a call from them yesterday - I picked up and then I immediately hung up

They called today and blocked again..they are very stupid to keep calling a number that keeps dropping them.

called asked to speak to the  "owner of this number" Bwah.  could be a telemarketer?

I am on no call list yet I still receiving calls from 3104954317, I wish those people if they caught to stop them bother others.

1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and by a good blocker.

They called again today claiming to be from another company 'wanting to confirm information for your listing'. Told them again to take my name off their list and hung up.

Telemarketer trying to ask me about my store's 'mobile site'. Was vague about what she wanted when I grilled her. Told her to remove me from the list she was using. Doubt that will work.

My Caller ID also just said "Culver City, CA".

Received call from this number. Called ID shows "Culver City, CA". I answer and it is female calling from Direct Buy stating I am a Semi-Finalist in their contest and all I have to do is accept their free gift of a round trip airline ticket. I continued to let her go through her SCAM message and then hung up. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Just received this call in AR.  Like you I am getting very tired of this and all the Telemarket calls I receive daily.
I keep on reporting them to the Do Not Call group (for what good that does).

These scums called me again today but they got blocked.... T Lock call blocker blocked them..they will change their number and call again...when they do I will add them to the blocked list,just like the other morons lol and that is it...1500 number capacity..I LOVE MY BLOCKER

some useless hobag called to sell Medical alert.now she is on the call blocker list.

This is around the 4th time they've called this week. I just answered the phone - and a female said it was about a Medical Alert. I told her she's making an illegal call - then I called her an a-hole.

Am on the DNC.  Told them to put me on their do not call list.  Woman says "who cares" and "why should I".  Telemarketer in Culver City, Ca..selling medical alert buttons.

I have  gotten this  call twice today  1 at 8;00 this  morning &  the other at 1:32 pm  the DNC (do not call) registry  does not work at all & another thing is that  when you give these companies your  phone number they sell your name  address & phone number to other companies & it is a snowball effect i am getting sick of this especially  at 8 in the  morning  someone needs to come up with a Block # button for landline in the  homes GRRRRRRR

I get numerous calls from this number all day long and I sick of it.  What in the hell is happening that they can call all over the country?

Yes where is the DNC registry?  It doesn't work any more, what is with that.  Would love to sue these people but you never can find out who they are.  I know a lot of Sr. citizens getting these calls, too, it's not right.  Something more thaN THE DNC NEEDS TO  be put into action.

I am so tired of telemarketers--can you get them to take me off their list - it is so frustrating!

This number called today my wife answered said hello twice and guy came on and said I said hi 5 times are you deaf then called her a b.i.t.c.* then called 2 mins later no answer then again 10 mins later and they said this number never called our house.

Have been getting multiple calls from this number each day.  I never answer if I do not recognize the number, but it is annoying all he same.

not so much a harassment call. more like theft. people can call you and when you answer they can obtain access to your information. is the new thing. if your phone is a cell phone with internet connection, they have just hacked into phone and possibly your internet. if it is a home number they can hack into phone service... and sometimes steal cable connections...

I got this too:  "Phone rings, caller ID says Culver City CA. I answser. "Hello. ... Hello?" Female robo-voice says, "Goodbye."

I received a call from (310) 495-4317 this morning @ 8:05 AM. This is clearly against Colorado and Federal law to call before 9:00 am. No one was on the phone but a female said, "Goodbye." Frustrating as this happens each day.
