A 'Jan' who identified herself as rep of 'Day and Day Construction' comp called.  Asked her for her phone # and she hesitatingly said gave above infor but caller ID lists 'Private' so who knows?  Told her I was on DNC list and she said it did not apply to her.  Reported to FTC.
