They have been calling my phone saying that i will be arrest for bank fraud. they say the are a law firm and i received a cash advance. they have all my personal info including my iep number for my computer. told them to certified mail me the paperwork and they say they cant it all has to be done through email and western union.  notified police,and prosecutors office. they told me to go to hell and hung up. called back as another person  his time a police officer. be careful these guys have been bothering me for about 1 and half years.  watch what you put on your computer. that is how they got my ss number , birth date ,address, husbands name, checking acct and everything else.

Kept getting calls from them and when I called back got a busy tone, first he said his name is David Parker now it's Andrew Boyles and his supervisors name is Frank Scott and they both sound the same ugh these people had me scared for a second there thank goodness I got a second opinion.

I told them I was the police and they hung up the phone i called back and he said go to hell

I too have been getting calls from that number of 310-449-0697.  So I thought I would  answer this time.  Again the man told me that I was the prime suspect in a crimnal case.  So I thought I would have a little fun with him and told him that I was a lawyer and that he was my prime suspect in the murder of John Doe.  He hung up rite away.  Maybe they will stop calling now.  We will see.

I get this call once a week too. Getting sick of it .

I have got the same exact call on three seperate occasions claiming im going to lose my job n that im required to be im court the very next day unless i pay them five thousand dollars. I told them that i was goin to  sue them n that id make sure they got fired. I knew it was a scam n i told them so too. Its sad that people can get away with such criminal activity, they should all be punished severely!

calls me all the time  i'm gonna kick his a**..first says it david parker ...now says he is kevin foster, says im being sued or arrested..what a joke..i told him to stop calling me or come to my home..

Calls me 3 times a day leaves messages saying his name is david parker calling from the law office something about me being sued for something. When i call the number back it doesnt ring are anything i get a busy signal

This number has called me three times and everytime leaves a message in bad english saying im being sued and that his name is david parker dont remember the law firm he supposed to represent but said that I would have the law at my door to arrest me. You cant be arrested for debt at least what ive been told

He is using the name David Clark now. And again the same BS is bein spued your being sued and your going to have law enforcement at your door.

It is not a working number. I call to see wth is going on.

He keeps calling everyday. I tried to call back the number provided is not a working number.  Who is this ? He tells me i am being sued and i need to call before i have law enforcement at my door.

they called asking for my husband saying he took out a loan and never paid. they saw something Mackenzie Law office and they are coming to arrest my husband. I told them my husband paid his bills and if not it went in bankruptcy. guy says loan can't go on bankruptcy that is why he is being arrested. they say they are in CA. He told me not to call again when I called him a scamming liar

when you get a call from David Parker put him on three way and call your local lawyer office or police Dept and he will hang up.

You have just recieved a message that you  are a PRIME SUSPECT and that you need to call our officer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. They are a SCAM ARTIST.--they don't acknowledge you by name or anything thing. They called everyday the same times. They have been reported to FTC, attorney general and they are calling from California.

I just received a phone call said he is calling from the Law Office of Debbie Clark. What a BS.  Stop calling .  Getting sick of these people.

I keep getting these messages on my cell phone from this number.  I know that they are not true but I am getting sick of this.  How can this keep happening legally.

I just had the EXACT same message as ArtGirl - name "David Parker" - I didn't answer so read the message he left on my phone.  He IS a scam artist - told me they were coming after me with a subpoena and that I was the "prime suspect" in a criminal case.  When these people keep calling me, I just interrupt them and tell them that I AM an attorney and that "we are ONTO your scams" and that they'd better LOSE my phone number.  Normally they don't call back - this, however, is a new one.  :(

I too just received a voicemail from this "David Parker".  He also threatened me with being a prime suspect in some criminal law case.  I paniced after he had left the message and called him back.  He tried to get bank information from me indicating I had some loan and medical expenses out there I needed to pay immediately.  Going deeper into panic I told him I had to call my lawyer first and I would call him back.  I had been involved in a car accident and am still going through a lot of medical visits.  Luckily all things related to said accident go through my lawyer and when I talked to him about it having to go through my lawyer he indicated there was no way my lawyer could help me anymore and I had to resolve things on my own. WTF!  I called my lawyer and he verifed this is a SCAM.  Do not call him back or give him any info.  You can report him to the FTC.  My lawyer also suggested that if he does call back to give him the 1-800 number of the FBI and tell him that's who can work through if this is really such a pressing matter.

i just had a woman call and told me the same BS as everyone and said that i had a lawsuit against me, so i told her that if she could fax me the info so i could forward to my lawyer and she hung up, she asked first for my lawyer information and i did tell her what my lawyer said to tell them, i guess she did not like my answer..

Calls me saying I have 3 lawsuits against me and that they will come find me at my place of employment or place of residence. Wtf?
